Disgusting. The first room we checked into was infested with cockroaches and the second room we checked into had a broken shower and black hairs still left in the tub. Horrible. Do not recommend.

The lobby and check in was average. I was disappointed to learn that the type of room that we reserved (2 bedroom suite) was not available when we checked in. However, we were given 2 separate rooms instead without additional charge. The rooms were VERY spacious and comfortable.
On the negative side, there were just enough towels, for 2, but the room can sleep 4+. The biggest concern that other travelers may have is that there is no elevator. We had to carry all our luggage up the staircase to the second floor. If were in the area again, I may stay here again, but I would also check other options first.
The room itself was really nice for the price and the breakfast was good too.

BEDS WERE SUPER COMFY!!!!! This was our saving grace! AND the fact that we stayed in a 2 BEDROOM UNIT was the main reason we chose this location and to stay after all the hassle (keep reading...) Didn't realize no elevators - first night in 2nd floor room, then they let us change to 1st floor accessible room 2nd night, but that room needed lots of work in bathroom and kitchen. Then the fire alarms went off in whole facility due to contract worker error and all got turned off except for accessible rooms. Fortunately, we moved next door, although this was now the 3rd room in 3 days. All the staff were exceptionally kind and understanding and they even credited us back one night for all the inconvenience. Each kitchen had similar items, but some missing pieces. Kitchenware was a bit dirty, especially silverware. I suggest running everything in the dishwasher upon arrival. Breakfast was decent.

Average conditions, the rooms weren't checked to ensure it was clean prior to arrival. Bedsheets was dirty. Entrance to the suites was dirty with cobwebs. Pots and pans were very old with terrible scuff marks.

It was perfect, we spend most evenings in the common area which was very comfortable. The bedding was wonderful and the room size was more than accommodating for the length of our stay.

Could smell the mold in more than one room, unsafe to stay in for a prolonged trip. When I first walked into my room, I immediately noticed a dead bug in the entryway. Staff was actively unhelpful except for two employees that I met the night I checked in. Those two women were extremely kind and helpful as much as they could be. However, would I pay $530 to stay 4 nights in a musty room that obviously smells of mold? Absolutely not.

Several of my colleagues and I were here for two nights while attending a conference nearby. The room was comfortable, and we made use of the kitchenette for happy hour debrief each evening after the event.
One of the three rooms we had booked had an air conditioning issue the first night, and Kimeon at the front desk was very responsive, inspecting the system, providing fans (there were no other rooms available to transfer), and ensuring that maintenance was able to correct the issue for the second night.

We met our grown children here. The space was perfect size wise and had shared and private spaces. In addition, we were able to bring our small dog. The property is a little tired and needs some TLC. The inside spaces were better than the outside spaces. Supposedly, they are remodeling. I would request a remodeled unit. Our family would meet here again.

The room was mostly clean but the bathroom had some gross spots. The room was comfortable and quiet. The pool, one of the reasons we picked Sonesta, was utterly disgusting and completely full of dirt and insects. When we went for breakfast we had to wait like 15 minutes for coffee to come out which was a big deal for me. We bought our own coffee and made it in the room the 2nd day. For the value I might stay here again but only in non-summer months.

Felt like home away from home. Hands down the best mattress I’ve slept on at any hotel in my travels. I haven’t slept like this in years. It was so good, I’m trying to buy one for my home! Staff are fantastically friendly and very helpful, feels like they truly care. Breakfast was great every morning. The location, while outside Nashville, is only 15 mins to any major point of interest in Nashville. We’ll be choosing Sonesta ES again for future trips.

Staff was very friendly. Room was a great size. Outside of facility was dirty. The room was in need of renovations. The room was not clean. The tub did not drain. There was a note on the door that they would be replacing the mattresses on our second day as early as 8am. I don't know why they couldn't plan it around our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Check in was quick and friendly. The room was large and clean. We didnt use the kitchen for cooking but enjoyed the full size refridgerator. Easy commute to Nashville. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This place could be really nice but it's run down, dirty and not upkept. Our room's front door barely locked, it had holes in every door, closet and even one in the wall that looked like someone put their fists all over. There was super gross stained carpet to the point our feet were black so we stopped walking barefoot. Pool doesn't open till 10am which is pretty late for the heat in this area. They never had pool towels stocked so we always had to go ask for them. Half decent place for the price but definitely not the 4.5 stars it claims.

I stayed here a month ago and everything was pretty good. This time there were cobwebs on the lamp shades at the bedside, in the corner beside the bed, in the kitchen. The kitchen and bathroom floors were so sticky. I even took a paper towel and rubbed across the floor and it was black. I may never stay there again.

Slightly rundown, pool wasn't very clean, and it was difficult to get fresh towels and pool towels.
Our biggest complaint was the noise from the suite above us. We requested a room change the first night that the other guests kept us up, and they were going to get back to us and never did. The other guests were unusually loud, clomping and jumping in the middle of the night for hours.
The breakfast was good, with lots of choices but the hours are early, 7-9am
We were also annoyed with the amount of smoking (both cigarettes & Marijuana) in the pool/bbq area and even the stairwells.

The free breakfast was amazing. Also, it was like staying in a small apartment community. We stayed there a week to go to Nashville 8 miles away. Highly recommend this place. Dog friendly too.

Some issues with air conditioners in first room,(it was taken care of quickly). Moved to second room but it was only a single and we needed(and booked) a double. That too was fixed quickly. The third room was good.(toilet and shower issues that were fixed quickly) after that all was well!

The property is very outdated, and not kept up. Paint was peeling inside, door lock was broken, as well as handle. No service to refresh towels, had to exchange towels at front desk.
Customer service was good, but overall very rundown and outdated.
