My husband and I recently stay here for 2 nights, the property was very well maintained. The view from our room was amazing. The hotel has direct access to the beach.

Overall experience was fine but the shine is off the once great property.
I think the most visible change is the food. It now comes out of a prepackaged, heat it up, bag.
Even the once wonderful breakfast buffet was very average at best.
Great for a short trip if you want access to the beach and don’t mind everything else being average.

Our stay was perfect, however the bathtub took a long time to drain. We did not like the continental breakfast buffet. We loved the view even though it was partial it was beautiful. Destin is always a good getaway and we will be back soon.

My wife and I stayed at this property for 5 nights. It was our first time visiting the area and we liked the convenience of everything. Many nearby places to get breakfast, lunch and dinner. The property is very secure, we saw many people taking evening walks all throughout the well kept property. Access to the private beach was very convenient as well.

It was nice to be able to check in early because our room was ready. Also when we got there they gave us an upgrade to an ocean front. The staff was nice. The hotel was clean but the room could use a little TLC as far as more update with bathroom and the beds wasn’t very comfortable. Overall it was a great experience

Walking out of the hotel, past the pool area and down a ramp to get to a breathtaking piece of Miramar beach was absolutely amazing!! The rooms could use a little refreshing in regards to light fixtures, fire extinguishing sprinkler systems and toilet paper holders. Nothing major or anything that impacted our stay other than the AC not being able to cool down our room enough. Luckily they provided us with a box fan which really helped. The food onsite, however, was not very good at all. I definitely recommend going off property to eat.

This is our second time staying at this property and we love it here. It is a very family friendly resort. The rooms are a nice size and clean. There is a nice variety of food including sit down restaurants, grab and go food, pizza and ice cream. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, especially since kids 12 and under eat free. All the restaurants had excellent service. The two big pools are nice and there are plenty of chairs and umbrellas around the pool deck. The beach is clean and beautiful. It cost $43 for 2 beach chairs and an umbrella which is pricey, but it seems like most hotels charge for that now.

Nice spacious room. Would prefer non carpet flooring. Great shower, but no conditioner available. 2nd sink outside the bathroom was great. The beach shower needs upgrading. Overall it was a very nice place to stay.

Everything was great! Easy parking, food options and felt safe. The rooms were in good conditions and the view was wonderful. The staff were also nice and helpful. We really enjoyed everything.

Stay was great- the suite we had was awesome with great views. Only negative for us was the constant food sitting on the floor outside rooms from room service. One room we walked by numerous times in specific had their tray with food and drinks on it outside their room almost 24hrs before being picked up. Looked and smelled gross. Cleaning crews were always present so a little confused on why the trays were left for so long.

The resort was nice, but the dining could use some work. Prices were expensive for the options, add some lobster and dress those waffles. The maid staff was awesome, very friendly and kind when handling clean up issues.

The beach and pool deck area are unbelievably nice. Guest services attendant Sarah's was so nice and helpful. Housekeeping not good Shower gel and conditioner remained empty all week. Empty when we arrived and never filled. Kleenex out 5 days never replaced. No creamer replaced after 1st day. Had to call everyday around 3pm to even have room cleaned. No we did not have the door handed on the door. People want their room cleaned and well before dinner. Just crazy. This was our 15th year here in the 4th.

The property was clean and offered a lot of amenities. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The spa was Heaven! The only complaint and I think that was more with Expedia than with Hilton Sandestin is that our room was to have Bay View and we had parking lot view.

This hotel is Amazing! The rooms are big and spacious. The beds are super comfy. We had a beach view room with a balcony and it was awesome to sit out there in the morning and night. There are two outdoor pools which are perfect along with two hot tubs ( one indoor) the outside one wasn’t heated for some reason. Then it’s right in the ocean so you can go from pool to ocean in less than 30 seconds. We didn’t eat at the hotel, but found an awesome breakfast donut place 2 miles away called the donut hole. Amazing. Sit in Rene’s section ( pronounced Rainy) we also ate at Buffalo Jacks, fat boys, dippin dots next door and the Ice Cream Shoppe. All close by and so good. We went shopping at BayTown Wharf, Harbor walks and seasides central. All so fun. We will definitely be back.
