The front desk staff was pretty rude. Really distracted and I kind of felt like I was bothering them by checking in, the hotel was pretty clean. I asked for extra towels and the request was met with lots of attitude, “how dare I ask for extra towels “. Those interactions definitely tainted my view of the hotel in general. It’s too bad.

We were traveling with our high school aged son so we wanted a room with a little more room. We reserved the two-bedroom suite option. $295 plus taxes and fees. We checked in late in the evening after arriving on delayed flights. We were exhausted. We got to our room (1107) and were overwhelmed by the stench of cat urine in the second bedroom where the king size bed was. We sprayed a little hair spray and perfume from our bags to mask the smell to no avail. Too tired to go to the lobby, complain and change rooms, we just went to bed. I took me almost an hour to fall asleep even covering my head with an extra pillow to dull the stench. I notified hotel staff in the morning about the situation. They refunded $100. Kind and understanding, they are looking into it. A nice gesture but frankly I would not even pay $50 for a room that smelled like that. Let alone $240.

This is the second time I've stayed here,, i forgot how bad it was the first time, the noise is bad, plus there was a wedding and some really noisy people were all over the parking area. Parking feels unsafe, not worh the the money I paid

Had issues with my room’s AC but hotel supervisor was able to move me into a new room. Just wished it didn’t take having to escalate the issue up to management to get the issue resolved.

Avoid this place....musty, a/c very weak, not really super clean. Value for the price is not good. Plus they charge for parking. Major rip-off in my opinion.

It was a nice hotel but we had trouble with housekeeping. They work hard but seem poorly trained. They didn’t come to clean for 2 days although we asked for daily cleaning. Yet on the day we were checking out, when they didn’t need to clean, they banged on our door at 8 am and woke us!
When they came they threw out about $50 of groceries we had in two bags (instant coffee, Coffeemate, fruit, cookies, etc) although they were in the centre of the room and not near the bins. I couldn’t explain this to any of them because none of the 4 people I talked to spoke English.
It is a very large hotel so they have a lot of territory to cover. The staff at the coffee shop—where a coffee and oatmeal costs $20–were also strangely unpleasant.

When we arrived we had to wait three hours to check into the hotel. When we finally got into our room the bathtub was terrible and dirty. The shower curtain had a black line of dirt at the bottom. The shower handle was broken we had to get maintenance to repair it for us. The best thing was those chocolate chip cookies.

Overall, we had a great stay! Our room was close to the pool and all the amenities. We would have liked room service without having to request it. I also think there could have been larger trash cans in the room.

The only issue we had was that our room wasn't ready at check-in time (3:00 pm). We had someplace to be at 4:00 PM, however our room wasn't ready until about 4:15 pm, causing us to be late for our event.

Poor landscaping, hedges need to be sprayed full of insects and spiders. I was bitten all over my body and had to seek medical attention. The hotel was not supportive or empathetic of this horrible situation that occurred in room 1133.

I paid extra for a room with a pool view. The AC in room 1103 did not work and was in the middle of a heatwave. I reported the issue the same day we arrived and the problem was not addressed until the next business day.( I was persistent). We were given another room 1133 however this time there was no pool view, and there was nothing but green bushes ( paid for pool view) full of spider webs and mosquitoes. My son and I were full of bites by the time we ended our stay. I reported this to the front desk. FYI: take repellent for insects.. Worst stay ever!!!!!! I will never bring my family back.
