Elevator was so slow and one one working.

The stay was great. Loved the hotel and breakfast only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the bathroom was dirty. We did book a suite with a king bed and were given two queen beds but honestly we didn’t care to much about that. Would stay here and recommend to friends and family just please make sure to have the cleaning crew properly clean bathrooms.

Pipes or some other type of noise sounded like I was being abducted by aliens. As a light sleeper, I was awake most of the night.

The tub was disgusting. The tub needed to be glazed. The tub looked like it had chips in it, that were black with mold. When my husband turned the faucet on in the tub the whole faucet fell off. There were black spots on the tub ceiling. When I complained to the front desk, I was told that all the tubs were like this in the hotel as they had a poor glazing job done and needs to be reglazed. This was advertised as an allergy free room?!?!? They should not have sold this room

Cons-The ac wasn’t working properly, we couldn’t flush toilet paper down the toilet because it would clog, the water heater took forever to warm the water and on our last day housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:15 to clean the room when checkout was at 11 am.
Pros- they give you complimentary drinks at 5 , close to many restaurants and attractions, breakfast was good and free, hotel room layout is convenient for big families

Good value but the room is a bit rundown. Scratched up tub and doors with bad hinges. Terrible pillows. And happy hour snacks were kinda lame compared to other embassy experiences. That said, the employees were great and breakfast was good as well. The room itself was clean and comfortable.

The only thing that I absolutely did not think was appropriate was that during breakfast, a man that was wearing a ponytail would come around and try to see vacations to us while we were trying to wake up and eat breakfast.. after I wasn’t interested and told him I was trying to eat he was rude to me and insisted that he was giving out free points. I felt that because I am a women, he felt he could almost bully me in that moment until I had to become rude and have him leave me alone because he clearly didn’t get the message that I wasn’t interested. Loved the stay other than that.

The stay was great! The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was awesome for the 3 days my family and I were there. This location has everything close by. I would stay again. Also the receptionist with the Jamaican accent was great to work with.

I loved the complementary breakfast they have also complementary happy hour the trip liaison, I guess that’s what you could call her, looked up savings of buy one get one free or buy one get one half, some excursions and/or activities. Overall it was a great experience. Customer Service was great, Rooms were clean, and the cleaning staff was friendly. I will be returning for all the reason I listed above.

Nice and clean , great area, very happy with the service and all the hotel offer, the only negative is that they charge for parking, I was not aware until checkout.

The shower was full of pubic hair, obviously not clean from previous occupants. Food crumbs all over chairs and furniture. When this was mentioned to front desk they said there was nothing they could do.

We came early from a week long cruise and wanted to check our luggage in as it was 10 am, checkin was later 4pm The front desk attendant was very nice and accomodating and got us a room at that time. We were very appreciative. His name was JW and he is a tru asset to the Family @ Embassy Suites.

My room was double-booked (the Presidential Suite) and I was given a regular room without any communication as to what was going on. When I arrived, the front desk didn't say anything about my room being changed. I got up to my room and it was not what I had already paid for. I didn't make a fuss and pivoted but when I asked about the changes made, they said they could not view any of the changes and that I had to look at Experion instead. They texted me three times before my visit for nothing but this major change in my booking somehow didn't warrant a quick phone call? You can't double book a Presidential Suite and get away with it. They were accomodating but only because I was as well.

The lobby is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. The room was okay. The bathroom was very dirty and stained. The bedsheets were coarse and had my skin itchy all night. Didn’t get a good night sleep. Won’t be going back
