The gentleman Jess who checked me in understood that I was handicap and went and got ice for me, and he also got a patio chair so I could sit out front of my room. Outstanding service. His name was Jess.

Nice visit. A couple of restaurants and stores were in walking distance, along with 2 gas stations. Easy off and on to Interstate 5. Nice breakfast lay out. Would stay there again.

Very outdated, the room said non-smoking and it smelled like it was a smoking room. Very strong smell.

Okayish stay but the property is located just by a busy road so it can get noisy in the room.

Pros: smooth check in and check out, close to Wildlife Safari, close to hwy and gas stations, parking was not an issue, seemed pretty safe, room was clean, bed was comfortable (I prefer a firmer bed and thought it was okay), breakfast was pretty good for what it was (basic stuff plus sausages, mini omelets, and farmer style potatoes). Cons: room smelled like dirty carpet, dated property, noisy pool people (not the fault of the hotel but you could hear it in the room), a little noisy because of all the traffic going to and from the businesses in the area. Overall, pretty good for an affordable one night stay.

I was a little apprehensive when we drove up, as it’s an older property. I was so pleasantly surprised by its cleanliness, condition, and the super friendly and helpful staff. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a in-room minifridge and freezer. TV had every directv channel imaginable, including premiums. Breakfast was a cut above the standard free fare. Strip mall with a grocery store and gas station/convenience store are steps away. We stayed at the Comfort Inn in Roseburg the week before and we enjoyed this much more. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

I booked this property over others in the area based on the fact that they advertised a hot tub wit their pool. When I arrived to find their hot tub drained and behind tape, I was less than thrilled. Otherwise a good hotel and a decent stay.

I’ve used hotels.com for many years, but this is the first time I’m ever leaving a review. This place was so gross, I actually left after paying. I just couldn’t bring myself to stay because I felt so dirty. When I checked into my room, there were many stains on the floor & also on the bedcover. It must’ve been a long time since it was last cleaned because it was filled with dust — and you could even see dead skin on the lamps. The door handle was so dirty that I used my clothes to open it … and there were smears all over the outside of the microwave. The toilet was clean, but the seat wasn’t secure—and there was hair in the shower. The bathroom door had shoe scuff marks, paint was bad, there was wood kinda cut out of the door. It smelled like cigarettes (and worse—though I knew it was a pet friendly room, I didn’t expect it to smell as it did). Rooms next door were playing music super loud. I felt so uncomfortable, I ended up just leaving & finding a new hotel near Eugene. I wish I could get a refund, but there was a no refund policy.

This motel did all the little things well. Towels at the pool, pet area and one of the best breakfast buffets I have ever seen.

AC wasn't working in a few rooms.

Friendly staff, comfy beds, several hot breakfast choices included in room rate.

People were allowed to set off fireworks outside our room well past 10 PM. We had an early wake up and after calling office twice and treating to call police , the desk clerk came to put a stop to noise.

The room was clean & suitable for an overnight stay, with comfortable beds. The exterior of the property is showing its age, in average condition. Not nice, but not bad. Would stay again for the price when passing through.

Front staff are always great at this property. The location is not fantastic but there are not any better options in Roseburg so this is usually a go to spot. We did have a problem with our door not shutting properly and having issues but hoping they are able to quickly resolve it! We will always come back, primarily because the front desk staff is always just really kind and helpful.

Staff were rude to us. Room wasnt available until 95 minutes after stated check in time. Staff would not accommodate a different room or offer a refund. Took business else where with no refund

Easy to get to, a lot of places to eat and shop near by.

Friendly staff, big clean room. Close to food & gas. Good stopover location.

Did not end up staying here. Not in a safe location. I could see outside through the door and I would have had a room on the main floor with a large window that did not look secure. Bathroom was not very clean. Room was overall dingy and overpriced.

Good hotel

It was just average, the bathroom could use updating, the bed wasn’t horrible, but also needs replacing. The breakfast is pretty much done by 8:30am, and it’s suppose to be until 9:00 am, it was not very good.

Bad Smell

Unexpected pleasure. Clean room and quiet. Loved the swan towels at entering. And thank you for having actual glasses, ceramic mugs, awesome shower and towels that were not rough and see-through. Will stay again when in area.

The property was perfect for our needs for the night. The staff was kind. And they had a great pet area for potty breaks.

Nice area & hotel everything nearby u need gas , groceries or dine in My fav in & out by 2 min drive I’ll like to stay again if I got chance 👍

Great and friendly staff! The rooms were clean and the outdoor pool was clean and nice!

Pros: pool looked nice, hot shower, free earplugs (you'll need them), room mostly very clean (shower curtain and lampshade had issues), easy to control temperature in room, easy to park near room which makes life simpler, parking lot creates a sort of interior courtyard and felt reasonably safe (see note under cons), stairs to 2nd floor look sturdier than some outside-entry motel stairs, 2nd lock on door added to security. Cons: hard to sleep until around 11 pm even with earplugs because the building shakes with doors/feet so much, mattresses uncomfortable, TV did not work at all, counter/sink super low (maybe it was once for wheelchair use but shower was not so IDK), breakfast options really poor (when 2 teen boys can't find anything to eat and throw away bacon they describe as raw and chewy I figure it's pretty bad). Hotel clerk created a feeling that there was a lot of unwanted foot traffic by talking a lot about how much they monitor it and interrupting check in to go do just that when she saw someone hanging around smoking near the office - I'm not truly sure how much of an issue it is, she told me the area is safe, but from her behavior there may be a concern. They do seem on top of it though, and we didn't have any issues other than very loud neighbors until 11 pm (coming and going, hanging out in stairwell, slamming doors, loud talking) which no one addressed. We stayed here vs 6 because we hoped it would feel a bit safer. Prob not worth extra $ unless for pool
