Multiple items in the room needed repair

Didn't like the fact I emailed so many times to get a refund due to weather you took 168.00 for no one to stay 😒 and around Christmas time not cool

Breakfast was a little disappointing. Missing were hot items I normally would get at HIE, specifically bacon, biscuits, Sausage gravy and scrambled eggs were all missing at this specific hotel. Also the omelets were not worth eating. One of the items that make HIE a good value is the breakfast. They need to step it up at this hotel. I had recently taken a 6000 mile trip and stayed at many of these hotels and all of the above were available at all of them.

You need to move the lake closer. The swimming pool. The garden and the river behind it. The kickoff point to our trip to Crater Lake. HA.

The 100 mile drive to see Crater Lake. Seeing Diamond Lake was good and the beautiful forest.

On the river with balconies! it was beautiful!

We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, view, breakfast, beds and quite.

I found a live cockroach upside down on the floor of the breakfast area.

The property sits right along the river and it’s such a nice view. My family and I were in the room right next to the pool which was excellent for us as we enjoyed the pool multiple times during our stay.

Honestly, there was nothing I disliked. The hot tub was colder than the indoor pool but my kids loved it!!

Shower not hot enough

We stayed one night half way to our destination. We did not expect this hotel to be so great. We had our Corgi with us. It was quiet, great facilities…pool, spa, lawn area with views of the river 100 ft away, picnic area, bar b cue, exercise room….and the best breakfast that was included. It had hot sausage, eggs, rolls, bread, etc. Of course it had great coffee. The room was medium sized, but very comfortable. Staff was as friendly as they could be. I recommend this highly.

It was near the freeway, but you could not hear anything once in the hotel or our room.
