The buffet was not the greatest. The pancakes were burnt and over cooked. The fruit wasn’t fresh. Food could’ve been fresher

I don’t like the covers is to olds !! And the bathroom is not clean

My truck got its window broken out and all my kids stuff for College stolen. No cameras and no parking lot security and they charge you for parking. Horrible

It was my first time staying here and I was so impressed and comfortable! I will definitely be staying here when I come to Dallas!

Great stay, I bit outdated & needs cleaning especially windows/elevators. Overall a good place for a quick stay. Close to shops/restaurants

The power went out and the door knob to the bathroom you could see though the top part though the hole for the door knob to the hallway. The bottom of the door had damage on it. Other then that is a decent hotel

The hotel is placed in a very good location , most places was like 5-10 min from the hotel . Room was very clean . However, the AC was not working properly. It went up to 90 degrees and the engineer didn’t really do much . They just gave us a fan .

Hotel staff was very friendly. Our rooms a/c did not seem to be working properly as it never cooled off. They have a Starbucks coffee bar but was closed Sunday morning at 11am. Overall it was clean and we did not mention the a/c as we only stayed one night. For the money and time spent it was good value.

Walls are thin and shake when ajoining rooms close (slam) their doors. Not great when you are asleep and constantly woken up by a shaking bed. Person staying in the room that shared the passthrough door was extremely loud yelling and pounding walls. Had to pack up everything and request changing rooms at midnight. Breakfast was $40 for 2 people, I was surprised by a bill from the staff. Seemed quite expensive considering it was a typical breakfast you would get at other hotels for free.

This was an awful stay. First of all, the man checking is in was rude and dismissive. We were in town for a bridal event for myself and my girls wanted to go up and decorate the room for me. He held them up for 20 minutes, being condescending and insulting and just waving them off. Second, they had a wedding at the hotel, which would’ve been no biggie except the wedding went on till 1 AM!! The music was shaking the walls in our hotel room on the 2nd floor. When I called the front desk she was kind and gave us meal vouchers. Then, when the wedding was over at 1am… the fire alarm went off. We had to deal with that until about 2am. The next morning I went down to grab the meal vouchers and the front desk lady looked me up and down and said “and you are??”. Just plain rude. I will never stay at this hotel ever again and you shouldn’t either. I’ve stayed in crappier hotels that had better customer service than this hotel ever will. DO NOT STAY HERE!! Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Our stay was great. Just wish we had a refrigerator or microwave in the room, other than that I would stay again!!!

This is an older hotel that is maintained very well. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable with a variety of pillows to choose the proper firmness for you. Typical bath/shower combo that was common in older hotels. Service was professional and efficient. The parking lot layout is somewhat strange but plenty of parking in front and back. If you park in back you enter in the conference room area and will need to take the elevator to the lobby
