Unsure if the property was short staffed…unable to get clean towels. Room was supposed to be cleaned nothing was cleaned, food left in the Fridge from previous users. Just unpleasant.

The overall appearance of the hotel was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, cleaning was service was great, however the rooms could use upgrades I’m regard to new carpets and walk-in showers. The service was pretty good as well no complaints there. One huge problem I had was being charged twice to totaling $300 in addition to the incidentals and paying for the room in full upon arrival. When I noticed the unauthorized charges (2) I went to the service desk to inquire. My bill was pulled and they immediately saw the discrepancy. I was informed that the system had a known glitch and that it does that sometimes and there nothing that could be done about it. The charges would fall off of my account as if they never existed. This was very concerning and poor service in my opinion because to not address a known glitch is diabolical when it pertains to the money of your guests who have already paid for their stay especially around the holidays. I wasn’t offered another option and the associates seemed to have no care or regard for the glitch. Because of this glitch I was unable to complete my Christmas shopping with family during this thanksgiving holiday which is a tradition in my family. This issue highly inconvenienced me and truly hope this “glitch” in the system gets fixed so that it doesn’t interfere with people’s money or whatever else they have going on while on vacation trying to enjoy a nice vacation.

Hot water didn’t work.

The hotel is ideally located in downtown Atlanta so that’s a plus along with polite staff. The rooms do not have good sound insulation. We were on 21st floor and could hear cop sirens all throughout the night. The shower tub drain was not draining well.

Amazing hotel and great location.

The hotel itself was beautiful, and the room comfortable, but the shower never got more than a little luke warm (even after letting it run for 20+ minutes) and the toilet barely flushed. Also the towels were as hard as cardboard for some reason.

Did not have hot water one day, lots of noise from the traffic(need better sound insulation) and other rooms.
