Shower flooded with water as the water drained too slowly. We were locked out of the room at 11am although the check out time was 12 pm and I had asked permission to vacate late.

The room was really nice. The staff was even better. Visiting for the game, the location was very convient for everything.

Worst place to stay… We won’t be staying here again. Our room was filthy and dirty. The bedsheets had stains, towels had stains and even the pull out bed had crumbs and stains. Our fridge had like juice stains on the bottom and it didn’t even work.

The price for the hotel is too expensive especially when the hotel looks so outdated. They don't maintain the luxury feel anymore. It's so dark in the parking lot because of broken street parking lights, even inside the hotel, there are a lot of burned-out light bulbs. The bathroom is so outdated. My generous 4-star was just because the front desk lady who helped me was very friendly and accommodating, other than that I would have given this hotel a lower rating.

There was no refrigerator or microwave except coffee maker which had only two sugar sachets and two creamers. Next day I had to ask cleaning lady to give me extra sugar sachets and creamer.
Ice machine was broken,I had to go to third floor to get ice. Carpet in room was dirty and stains were visible. Bath tub had mold.

I arrived late, but my room was real nice and cozy. I found it very clean and comfortable. The hotel grounds and pool were all very nice too.

I am truly unhappy with my stay at the Sheraton, I will be calling tomorrow for a refund. The hotel landscape was nothing like the pictures. It looks like there hasn’t been maintenance done in a long time with bird poop leaves/ brush everywhere. The outside tables were dusty and had bird poop and the chair seats were ripped. The shower and sink would not drain in our room, there was no soaps in the bathroom, no mugs for the coffee. I planned this ahead of a 7 hour drive so it was a bummer to not be able to enjoy the pool with my mother who requires safe seating. Service was great though.

This hotel was horrible the ladies up front were nice but the amenities are outdated from the pictures online. Also there is no MICROWAVE it fridge in room or in the whole place it’s crazy. The rooms are old and have roaches by far the worst experience. Also if u need extra towels u have to go down stairs and get them. AlO the tvs are outdated I’m not looking for anything super fancy but I just spent $500 plus for the weekend and it’s not even decent so people becarful you’ll be disappointed.

Reserved a 2 queen room, arrived and was sent to 1 King. Lobby desk could only put us in 1 King and sofa bed. Ok but not ideal for all guests. Seats in suite room dirty, free coffee/coffee cups fell apart when in use. Could use some updating/upkeep. Overall ok. Not a 3 star stay for sure.

There was no electricity hence lifts were not working. My room was on fifth floor. I had to climb to fifth floor. I am high blood pressure patient hence I booked room in near by hotel. Please see if you can refund my money.

Very happy with our stay TVs can use an upgrade and fridge in the room would be a plus. We stayed a couple nights and didn’t have a fridge to store cold drinks.

I have never been to a hotel where you have to pay $10 to get a refrigerator and no microwave. Half a toilet roll only and installed way off the toilet pot. Almost empty hand wash bottle.
