I was not able to get into my room due to the battery needing replaced. The staff was very helpful and maintenance had it resolved quickly.

Considering the type of hotel this was, I expected better. Let's just say it wasn't the cleanest that it should have been the door to the bathroom was broken not to mention the fact that I still have yet to receive my incidental charge back on my card and here we are hitting week two.

The hotel front desk staff were disrespectful and condescending. There were no pool towels for both days of our stay. The first time mentioned a woman was helpful giving us bath towels instead. Second time another woman told me they didnt have anything since they were sold out the day before. Mind you, it was 10:00 and there was time to wadh the towels from the previous day. Then she tried to give me a wash clothes for 7 people. Next she gave me 4 floor towels for wgen you get out of the shower after I asked for bath towels like the day before. She was condescending in tone and facial expressions galore! When i td her I didnt appreciate her tone she was oblivious. A man came over to intervene when I told her i would stand and wait at the front desk. He then tried to rehand me the same floor towels I have just turned down stating they were a pack of 4 'pool towels'. I was met with a 'sorry' and the towels were in the dryer. I had to track down towels after my room was cleaned and towels not replaced. The indoor and outdoor pools were dirty hand had not been cleaned. The janitor and housekeepers were working hard so it wasnt their faults. Obviously understaffed, but turning that on your guests is not how to win customers over.

Black mold all over our room. The couch was damp and so was the bed. Staff up front were super nice. We went down stairs and asked for a refund and just left .

Property was nice. The air worked, and the rooms were dark so we could sleep well. However, both barn doors in our room were not working properly. There were not enough parking spots available at night, so the staff asked me to leave my car parked at the entry.

My family and I stayed at Club level and all I can say is that it was worth it! It was so nice to be able to get drinks and snacks when needed. The hotel was so clean and beautiful.

If you are wanting breakfast, make sure you purchase it! We did not want breakfast, but you will need a voucher. In the morning my husband wanted coffee. They do not have free coffee for guests staying there like every hotel we have stayed in! My husband had to buy a cup of coffee! I will be looking for a different hotel to stay in while in Columbus

The Sheraton Suites is a very well kept, updated property with amazing security features. The suites are amazing and the employees are always helpful.

Excellent hotel

One of the best pet-friendly hotels I have ever been to! The food was great! The rooms and halls were nice and clean, and there was no pet odor.

The most amazing thing is the staff. First contact at the site made the whole adventure grandiose. The agent at the lobby was S.U.P.E.R. A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. The rooms are suites and excellent at all counts: clean / practical / amneties.

We were in town for an extended family member's high school graduation. We were pleased with the room. It was modern, clean and we were very comfortable. The bed was comfy too. The overall hotell was clean and staff was friendly. The breakfast was delicious, i had scrambled eggs, french toast and chocolate milk. The eggs were scrambled soft whereas they wete cooked, but light and fluffy. Very good!

The building is nice and the area also but the room had stains on the carpet and on ceiling the floor had scratches all over it it was my husbands 30th birthday May 21st we requested to have same room as before with the view of the freeway instead we got a room looking at the back of a movie theater the view was not great not what we wanted for is 30th birthday the room was clean other then outside the sliding door to the shower and a used roll of TP

Room was alittle smaller then what it looked like on the pictures, didt like that it was $15 each person for breakfast no kids menu when there was a lot of kids in the hotel

Room was too small, shouldn’t call it a suite. Pictures misleading. Area around entrance stinks. Sketchy characters allowed to hang around lobby that were not guests.

Lobby was warm. Was told air conditioning was being worked on. 2 sesk clerks 1 busy on phone, waited about 6 min before 1 told other to take care of me.

The pools was amazing! The bed was very comfortable!

The toilet seat was crooked. The bathroom sink kept on clogging up and smelled bad. The absolute worst part was the terrible lighting. Hallway smelled of moisture. Door inside room clearly half painted after a repair. Shower door slamming shut. I checked in late...about 9pm. I arrived to the room and turned on every light possible. The room was lit like a dim night club. How am I supposed to get comfortable in a room where it's not possible to SEE well enough to be sure that it is up to my standards...as in bug free. As a travel nurse working 12.5 hour shifts and driving 45 min to my facility and back (because I thought this was going to be a reallynice hotel). No time to be calling and arranging maintenance on basic things that shouldn't be in disrepair. How did basic housekeeping not reveal these issues? I couldn't brush my teeth without sink filling to the top, then having to wait until morning for it to finally drain. I was there 3 nights too many. I WON'T be coming back here, I can get this type of hotel stay for literally HALF of the money I spent here.

Common pathway carpets from elevator to rooms needs replacement

The property was in a safe area, the exterior and the lobby looked to be maintained. The hotel staff was very nice and greeted us upon arrival and each morning. It was nice that there was a bar and restaurant on the property. The inside pool area was very dirty, the railing into the pool was broken. It looked like the tile and area around the pool had not been cleaned in a long while. Very disappointed that the 2 bedroom suite we booked was so small. Not even enough seating in the living room area of the suite for all of our family to sit. The sofa bed couch had lots of stains and looked pretty shabby for a larger room. The suite's bathroom was not clean, it looked like the floors and shower stall had not been cleaned, the towels smelled musty. We booked it for 5 people but they only supplied towels for 4. Although the staff were friendly, it looks like no one is following up with their cleaning staff and pool maintenance staff. Although the hotel is in a safe area, we will not be staying here again.

The property looked good from the outside and inside.It felt safe. Only one elevator has created some delays and we had to use the stairs leading to the outside only.
