Hard to get house keeping

Nice property that needs a refresh

No control over guests. They have a nice bbq area that is supposed to close at 10. Every night there were people partying and kids screaming until 11-1130. Hotel staff was no help in handling or considering other guest. Area was trashed with garbage and beer bottles every morning

Entire place smelled bad, there was a dirty washcloth in the shower and poop in the toilet. It was not satisfactory so we asked for a refund and did not stay here.

The first young man I spoke to at the desk was very helpful and tried to help us as much as he could

We drove 9 hrs from ny believing there was a swimming pool and there wasn't so we had to switch hotels. I've been trying for over a month to get the manager of this hotel to sign the paper booking emailed to them so they can release my money back to me but there is always a reason the manager can't speak to me. Busy or not there or on break... We walked into the lobby and asked about the pool because we had noticed it empty. The young man Saud it wasn't open yet and since we had 4 children in the car waiting to swim we had to switch hotels. He understood and spoke with booking everything was set we just had to wait for the manager to sign the email the following day. This was May 12th. I've never been so frustrated with a business in my life. The manager not signing the email has at this point cost me over $400. I'd really appreciate this being taken care of.

Pool was to open Memorial Day weekend and it still wasn't open when we arrived. They blamed it on the city. Air conditioning didn't work. No ice machines working.

Large room, convient location

No daily cleaning services. Stayed 3 nights 2 days on a weekend. We were told on 1st evening after returning on 1st full day that the rooms are only cleaned on 3rd and 7th day, told it was an "extended stay hotel". The website states "daily room cleaning." Was told room would be cleaned on 2nd day after complaint issued, it was not. Had to ask for extra towels 2 days in a row. Our room was never cleaned during our stay. First time staying at a Staybridge Hotel, and will be our last. No where on booking site or company website does it state no cleaning service available. Also no coffee replenishment. Have to go to separate building to get morning coffee on 2nd and 3rd morning. The lobby is in separate building not connected to rooms.
