Called front desk 3 times to report room not have adequate electricity. My request was not serviced & the breakfast was not as advertised

Our room had a stain on the couch as if the previous guest had either performed acts or spilled something unthinkable on it. The person or housekeeping then moved the end table over the spot in order to cover it. I took a picture of this and reported it to the front desk. They were unapologetic but moved us to a different room.

Check in and front desk was friendly but ooms were smelly and I had to moved twice and was upgraded for the inconvenience but the hotel smelled of cigarettes and moldy mop. Room was otherwise clean but not pleasant smell wise.

The airport shuttle driver was great! The hotel staff were helpful but not the friendliest or easiest looking to approach. The room was a little dirty with stains on the walls and the bathroom sink took forever to drain the water. The room fan wasn't working well either as the room got very humid.

Didn’t do much but it was nice and quiet, except for being woke up to ask if I needed towels. That’s the only part that annoyed me.

I advised to the front desk that my television was not working at 9am. Upon returning back to my room at 10pm, the television was still not fixed

The Positives: It's quiet. Room's are comfortable. Decent pool. Overall pretty nice place.
The Negatives: People land at the airport at all hours. Check-in should be available around the clock. Paying for parking when I'm already paying to stay.

The Westin was clean. The rooms had very comfortable beds. The gym and pool area were excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The hotel is conveniently located to the airport and the bonus shuttle service to the airport was extremely easy to use.
My only issue was the lack of nice sit down restaurants in the area. The surrounding area was a bit run down. The hotel offered food that looked good but expensive.
Overall, I would stay at this property again but would probably drive into the city of Atlanta to explore dining experiences.

I had a disappointing experience at the Westin hotel due to a disrespectful check-in attendant. The staff member was not only rude but also exhibited racist behavior, which made me feel unwelcome. Such treatment is unacceptable in any hospitality setting. I expected professionalism and courtesy, but instead, I encountered an unpleasant atmosphere. I hope the management addresses these issues to prevent future guests from having similar experiences.

Our flight had a late departure, we asked the front desk attendant if she could help us with booking another night she suggested a late checkout which helped us out greatly. I dont remember her name but she was of Jamaican decent. Thats what you call excellent Customer Service.
