Great stay comfy beds. No microwave… they brought one up☺️!!!
Pool open late was amazing hot tub is the only reason I stay in hotels! Definitely highlight! Breakfast included was amazing!!! Phone in room didn’t work and I suggest newer carpets for the less rating on cleanliness but everything else was great!!!

Exceptional hotel!! Quick check-in, clean rooms, very comfortable beds, and terrific pool area with plenty of lounge chairs!! Convenient location. A bit pricier than some places I've stayed, but definitely one of the nicest.

The stay was good. Check in was easy. When i mentioned using hotel shuttle on sunday morning I was told it was not available. Main reason I booked this hotel since we had an early flight. So i booked my Uber. Sunday morning i go to check out smd was asked very kindly by different staff members if I wanted the shuttle. I replied, well I was already told that i couldn't get it on sundays. Unfortunately a misunderstanding. But no biggie all good. I know uts the climate there but the cockroaches were unreal in and out of the room. Overall a good stay.

The night staff was unprofessional and inconsiderate. She did not let me check in early even though I explained that I flew in instead of driving long hours to Arizona and I have IHG membership.
The lobby smelled of cigarette smoke.
The door handle was half broken. The day receptionist said the hotel is old and needing remodeling. So that is okay with me. The whole hotel was unlike the double tree hotels I stayed in elsewhere. I like the air conditioner. It worked impressively. I heard noises from next door. I heard doors open and close so loudly that I thought they were at my door. The rooms are not sound proof.

I was greeted by the courier driver who was absolutely amazing,, great customer service, great smile and made me feel very welcome.

The front desk supervisor- Kody was so incredible! He has great hospitality and made us feel right at home. It was perfect for what we needed it for, a comfy bed before an early flight. I am so glad that we found this place and plan to stay again for trips in the future!

Mostly everything was clean except the TV cabinet...looked like it had not been dusted in a week. Ceiling in he shower looks to have had a bit of leakage from room above.
My biggest complaint was the room service charge on one meal for 16.66 we were only about 50-60 yards from the restaurant and ordered $15 worth of food. I complained on check out and have not had a call back as promised. Five would be understandable but $25 no way.

We had hardwood floor in our room and it was so dirty I could tell it was never cleaned our feet from just walking to the bed to the bathroom our feet were dirty like black! we had to wear our shoes the entire time.

Our stay was unexpected and last minute, but the staff were endlessly helpful, friendly and understanding. We had no issues with any questions that we had and everything we needed was easily accessible. The hotel itself is very centrally located and is easily used for any navigation to any attractions or waypoints

A four-day business trip -I had a moth in behind the curtains when I attempted to allow natural light in, not an issue at first. Then noticed how poorly maintained the room was, the floors were scratched up, one fan blade was peeled back, the appliances were old, and the TV was not even a smart TV. The second night the AC unit stopped working, the maintenance gentleman came in and did his thing, and the AC was fixed. Overall, the experience was less than average.

Overall a great deal for what you pay for. Rooms were comfy and relatively clean, quiet, good customer service, and location is close to everything in Tempe. Would stay again next time we’re in town. Thank you!
