The hotel was farther from Central Station than indcated(1.1km). It took a little more than 30min. on foot.
An electric kettle and coffee-service are equipped.

Very nice hotel, very clean and lovely rooms. It is a shame that road works were taking place outside our room. Traffic noise from the motorway was a bit inconvenient.

Stayed 3 nights, used hotel as basis for active programme of multiple trips in the region. Ease of access and parking impeccable; good price/quality ratio; efficient personnel; all services adequate. Only thing is, given the room size I do not understand the 4* rating, looks more like a good 3* to me. But will use this hotel again at future visits.

Excellent stay as always! I always use this Hotel when travelling to and from work. Fabulous service every time!

Although we only stopped over here for one night it was a very enjoyable night and would recommend this hotel. A lovely spacious room with a huge comfortable bed, plenty of toiletries, hot drink making facilities and It was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was delicious and had lots on offer especially during the Covid restrictions. All the staff were very helpful in all areas.

Staff was amazing and service is excellent. Food at the restaurant is nice and bar selection is ample. The room pillows are quite soft, and there's no other options to use. Could improve in pillow selection.

The service is nice, the rooms are as can be expected. As others have noted, the breakfast, parking and other services such as renting a bike are very much overpriced, especially when you can park for free easily in the area and Groningen is far from dangerous. Also, our room was really cold and the heater not working.

Just stayed for 1 night. For a stop over. Rooms are fairly small but functional.

The room was great typical euro style twin beds, but as a 4 star hotel to not have air conditioning was a big surprise. It had a fan which circulated air but not close to cool air. Food was amazing but pricey, all employees were friendly and helpful.

Ideal situation for our requirements with benefit of parking area. Only down was hotel restaurant not open on Sunday evenings.

Good hotel, excellent service, clean. However, on the west side of the building the road traffic noise is noticeable, in the mornings a little annoying. Didnt ditract from an enjoyable stay though.The other thing to mention is it is a fair walk from the city centre, at least 30mins but we knew this when we booked it and the local bus is very quick and easy to use.
