A bit outdated interior. Price was hiked due to the Euro Championship. Had to book 2 rooms for 4 persons eventhough One room could easily have fit 2 adults + 2 children.
Breakfast buffet was nothing special.
But the location was great…

Solid choice in Dortmund, fairly priced, next to the train station. Room was clean and spacious. Easy walk into downtown. Staff was helpful in reserving a car and easy check in.

The location of this hotel is excellent…right next to train station. Staff was helpful and breakfast was good. Room was comfortable. I took away one star because hotel listing says they have a gym. The do NOT have a gym. They have some dumbbells and yoga mats in a tiny corner of the sauna and the space does not open until 3pm.

The room itself was comfortable, large with separate seating area and good desk and workspace, and suited me well for a 4 day work trip. Whilst there is a tea and coffee station at reception, no kettle or cups provided in the room, which irritates me. I dont want to have to get dressed and go downstairs for a hot drink first thing in the morning. Everything else provided was bare minimum basics. The room was generally clean, but the arm of the sofa, where it met the seat back was literally thick with dust.
Breakfast was basic but ok - no other options better nearby though.

NH Dortmund is a located in a key place to move around the city, giving you access to the train lines. Their staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very close to the mainline station, 2 or 3 minutes walk, easy to find. Reception was very good despite late arrival , even brought me a hot drink to the room.

It would have been good to have tea/coffee facility but overall an excellent hote.

The hotel is fine. Good location by the central train station, big and clean rooms. There's no door to the shower so the toilet was wet after every shower. The breakfast has good vegan options. Important to note there is no lobby were you can sit with colleagues it work

I love this hotel, have stayed here twice now when over for the football and I will book this every time. The staff are great, the rooms are spacious and the location is perfect!

Rooms were cold. Staff was unable to help with fixing. Had to go down to desk to get additional blankets at 2:00 am; no staff to bring them to us. Deck clerk was apologetic.

Nice comfortable hotel really close to the central station. Friendly and understanding staff who switched easily between German and English.

Stayed for one night in transit during travel. The room lacked some badic amenities like shower gel and dental kit like advertised. Ipon request the dental kit was provided but no shower gel as they had run out. The unternet was a bit slow and i had to pay the extra 10 euro charge for fast internet. The problem is after activating on one device i was not able to activate on the other devices that were already connected to the free internet. This was a problem as my laptop was one of these devices. The rainfall shower had very low water pressure and was as good as useless.
