Enjoyed it very much. Ground floor room with patio door for ease of unloading and reloading vehicle. GREAT pillows. Only difficulty was not fault of hotel. I am short and have health issues so getting into and out of the high beds was a challenge.

Just a nice stay that was very close to amenities and services.

The place was nice and newly renovated, with comfy and clean bedrooms. However, I was there for 12 nights, and they only serviced my room after the 11th night, despite me never putting up the do not disturb sign. Additionally, when I asked for fresh towels, toilet paper and for my garbages to be emptied (after night 4), the lady at the front end was difficult.

I booked this quickly for that night, but did not realize the default date was three days later. I was in a rush to book and leave for an emergency job. Attempted to call Hotels.com repeatedly but no options to discuss changing the day. This could’ve been easily resolved.

I arrived and there seemed to be a delay in getting my room keys to me. Turns out they had given my prepaid room to someone else. They also didn’t tell me what was going on. The manager followed me to my room and before I got to it ran ahead and knocked on the door. Someone answered and she told them they had to leave, it was my room. He appeared to have just arrived in the room and had no luggage. So he quickly got out of the room. No real apologies were given to me and I won’t be going back to this location. Also the bed was TERRIBLE! I felt ever spring in the bed, but that’s a whole other issue.

The Hotel was great for our one night stay. We asked for a King Room on the ground floor and they happily obligated our request. We could back the car to the room. The room was spacious with a sofa bed. Very clean and lovely shower. A lot of newer receptacles. A comfortable room. The Cleaning staff should ensure alarm clocks are turned off from previous guests, since a neighbouring room alarm was running for a long time early in the morning. It was nice to have a hot breakfast, but the gg patty was not that pleasant. All in all, a good stay, and would come back again.

Stayed for 4 nights while in Sudbury on business. Couple of issues I had. While in my room( morning and evening) there was a continuous smell of marijuana coming from the people in the next room who were always outside of their ground floor room smoking dope. I understand it is legal but the hotel should be enforcing their smoking policy and directing people to the smoking area across the parking lot. There were also some railroad contractors stating at the hotel who parked their larger vehicles across parking spots taking up 4-5 parking spaces. Hardly any room left for other customers. I have stayed at other Comfort Inn hotels thus my expectations are realistic. This was my first time staying at this location. I would not stay here again after my recent stay.

The staff were very friendly. Buffet breakfast was great. Our room didn’t get a turnover with made beds or fresh towels (which was odd) and the air conditioner was a slip-in that was old and very loud, allowing noise from the street to enter the room making it hard to sleep.
