Beds were very small and floors were sticky

I did not stay I asked to be refunded because I found a bed bug within 15 seconds of being in the room

No way to get drinks at night. Door locked.

People were nice. The door keys didn’t work until about the 5th or more try at swiping them. The floors were filthy. The tv had been broken. The grab bars to get out of the tub were anchored into drywall, so they were being pulled out. On the upside, it was pretty quiet and I was able to sleep.

Room wasn't in good condition. Some holes in the walls in the bathroom, leak at the bathroom sink faucet, chair at desk was dirty and torn.

The room was dirty, towels and bed sheets had signs that they had been used by a previous client and had not been washed. In fact one of the towels had lipstick marks.

My room had flies everywhere it was dirty the beds were not comfortable I was getting bit up by something cuz I was getting itchy I don't know if it had bed bugs or what but I will never stay there again ever the guy at the front desk was okay but the broken English was hard to understand I just wasn't happy overall with your Motel

The beds sheets were dirty we slept the 3 nights on the bed cover with our own blankets from home ! The bathroom was so filthy, pubic hair on the shower wall , hair on the floor and a big hole under the toilet ! That motel falling a part !

Somehow I thought I booked a non smoking room and we got a smoking. Gave me headaches from the smoke smell in the room. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the pillows didn’t even feel like real pillows. And the TV didnt really work well. All channels were static… we left a day early cause we couldn’t stand staying the extra night we had booked. Lost money by leaving early but it wasn’t worth staying longer.

Room was smoke free but smelt like smoke in the room. I understand that the room faces parking lot where lot of smoking happens. Suggest to mark the smoke free rooms away from where people dont smoke much.

We paid for non-smoking and got a smoking room with a burn hole in the bed cover. Brought to the attention of front desk. Traded out bed cover with burn hole for a different one. AC set at 70, felt like 40 degrees. Beds very hard.

One of the worst motels I’ve ever stayed in. Smoke free room reeked of smoke, dirty carpets, stained bed covering, broken springs with depressed mattress area. bathtub sitting on raised platform made it difficult to get in and out without slipping, baseboards and tiles were nasty, furnishings dated and beat up. Dingy. Would not recommend unless there is nothing else available. $110/night should have been $29.95

We stayed here during a trip to Pittsburgh, as the hotel is only about 20 minutes outside the city! I would recommend reading the reviews before staying here. Upon arrival, we were greeted kindly by front desk staff and checked in quickly! Our room was on the ground floor on the front side of the building. Our room was basic, but had a small fridge and a microwave. The fridge did leak quite a bit, but was functional. The condition of the room was a little concerning, as there was a lot of wear and tear. Peeling paint, scratched walls, and holes in the ceiling were present and obvious. The bed was not uncomfortable, but the pillows were small and flat. The linens in the room, including bed sheets and towels, were visibly stained but smelled as though they had been laundered. There was no sign of bedbugs anywhere in the room. I would recommend wearing socks during your stay, as the floors left our feet very dirty. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure in the shower was great! However, the shower required a high step to get in and was very slippery, so be aware if you have impaired mobility. Overall, this was a fine place to stay just to have somewhere to sleep. We did not feel unsafe during our stay and the staff was nice.

Terrible place to stay. Room was dirty and covered in cigarette burns. The overall smell of the room was horrible and didn’t feel clean. This is the type of hotel that feels like some one would partake in illegal activities. We couldn’t even bear to stay in the room for the night and left immediately for another cleaner hotel. Do not stay here.

I was happy at all let at 430 am because i was woke up with a bed bug bitting my neck call the front desk with no response will never stay again

All bad I checked in walked into room was so dirty and smelly stains everywhere dirt all over floor . Instantly left trying to get a refund still . Very disappointed

The only thing i was not happy about had to keep going to the desk to have them let me in it was kind getting old when it happened every time I needed in the room

It was close to what we were doing in the area. Not bad size. However, there are two things I expect to not be in the room while I stay. One, bugs, fortunately, there were none of those in the room. Two, stains, unfortunately, there were stains on the bed sheets and towels. That was not a pleasant surprise upon arrival. I will say the space was nice and staff was friendly.
