Front desk receptionist is very helpful and very friendly.

My stay was fine. Room was very clean, bed was great. Breakfast was excellent!! Lots of variety to choose from. Only issue is no elevators, all stairs, not a problem for me just concerned of others, next time will reques liwer floor

Room was clean and comfortable. There was only 1 trash can in the entire room, 2-3 more would have been appreciated

Overall I would have given it a 5 star if it weren’t for the pool being closed. We were there for a family trip on a 115 degree holiday weekend. And no pool. Upon check in we were not even informed. So that was disappointing. Also breakfast was not as good as it usually is when we’ve stayed in the past.

Went to a Basketball tournament, was very tired and when we get there they tell us that the pool is not available??? It's 110 ten degrees outside!!! Very upset!! Called Expedia for a possible refund to go somewhere else and they said they can only return 50.00... Done with 3rd party bookings.

Air conditioner leaked on our heads as we went out door. no room darkening shades. People could look in room. Pool was full of stuff falling from trees and murky. Microwave had broken leg and didn't set straight and was super high heat. Couches were really old and smelled like animal. Everything needs a complete refurbish!

We were NOT able to check in at 3pm as informed by hotel. After riding for 8 hours on motorcycle we had to wait well over two hours and that was unacceptable.if check in time is listed by a hotel it must be honored..

The check in was unacceptable. I am a ride manager for a motorcycle riding group and we selected best western. At 3:45 pm we arrived to find the rooms weren’t ready. What the staff should have done is taken our names, phone number and type of room reserved (1or 2 beds) and as the rooms became available, call them and issue the rooms in the order arrived as best as possible. Instead the two ladies were issuing rooms to parties arriving after us. We were outside or in the lobby waiting and it was not good for us to see them issuing rooms to parties and their response was “well you need to keep coming in to check” Sounds like that should be there basic job description. I did provide them my name and number and never got a call. I did not get my room until 7pm. The employees should be empowered to offer discounts, or other concessions for my trouble. I would love for the manager to give me a call to discuss and offer a concession. I paid full price for not a full stay and that was due to failures by the hotel staff. [email protected]

We had to switch rooms due to the lock not working. I had to call the front desk I explained the situation he did switch us to a different room but made me feel like I didn’t know how to lock the door properly.

We enjoyed our stay, everything was really clean, breakfast and happy hour was great, service was perfect. The only rating less than 5 was because the bathroom and room could use updating.

Everyone was super nice and attentive from the front staff, cleaning ladies and cafeteria ladies. Breakfast had a lot of different options and was delicious. Rooms were clean and neat.

The room was dirty, outdated and not taken care of. There were no linens available for the pull out couch in the room or at the front desk. Also there was no elevator or even convenient stairs to our room to carry our items.

Despite requesting a reservation that would allow me to cancel if needed, I did not get one and had to pay for a night that I never stayed.

Friendly staff, enjoyed the complimentary breakfast the Cafe. Hotel was clean and safe. The design with all the stairs and levels were crazy though. We had to gonup a flight to go down a level. Nice hotel though.

The blinds were so dusty, and there was spider webs on the window inside the room. Wires hanging from the ceiling. The bathtub was disgusting as there was paint spots all over the tub. The shower curtain had a rip in it.

Pool was not usable, TV didn't work, AC stopped functioning and shower temps were mixed up resulting in dangerous hot water when thought it was cold. Don’t recommend.

we had 2 rooms. 1 of them smelled like someone died or infested with mold or something. They moved us but... all the way upstairs far away from my elderly parents that need help. The maintenance gentlemen were SO VERY HELPFUL & KIND!
