We were in room 107. It was next to the parking lot and swimming pool. It was so loud. We heard conversations coming from the parking lot. We can heard loud noises from car doors closing. People were at the pool. We could hear their conversations loud and clear. Then in the AM, someone stood next to our door and spoke loudly. My husband had to ask hik to keep it down. Then pool guest arrived early and kids were screaming. It was the worst sleep ever. I'm more tired then when trying to attempt to get rest. Again, he worse experience ever. The room was nice and renovated but there was no rest.

Carpet smelled dirty, no botteled water available. Vending machine provided poor variety of candy, chips, etc. In Napa Ca. They need to try harder.

Rooms were adequate and clean. Unfortunately our room was directly adjacent to the hot tub so it was noisy until it closed. Also, we were also in the room directly adjoining the service closet so it was noisy very very early as the cleaning staff began their rounds.

We stayed 3 nights. After returning from a busy day after our 1st night, our food was missing from the refrigerator. When we called the front desk to ask why they had taken our food & they said it was our fault for taking our belongings because that made housekeeping assume we had checked out. Well that’s exactly why we took our belongings so they wouldn’t go missing. They did not offer to nor did they compensate us for the missing food. So we had to go buy more. The next day we left a note asking them NOT to take our food/things because we were staying another couple days. This time they didn’t take our food, but instead took my face wash that I had left in the shower. Needless to say we won’t be staying there again because who knows what else would have gone missing if we had left our “belongings” behind. The room was otherwise clean & spacious and had we not used housekeeping it probably would have been 5 stars all around. So, I could recommend staying if you put up your “privacy please/do not disturb” door tag & don’t use housekeeping. However, housekeeping might ignore the door tag & go in anyways so stay at your own risk.

Room was very large. Bathroom was large and clean Beds were comfortable. Good air con . Easy check in and check out.

There was a 30 dollar fee that we where charged the day we signed in. We already paid on line for the room. What was the additional fee for?

Too much noise from other rooms. Extremely difficult to reach the front desk at night.

I liked that it was near restaurants.

Intentionally did not book ground floor room, but was put on first floor accessible room (did not want or need accessible room). No counter tops in bathroom, no where to put toiletries. Carpets were disgusting, doesn't look like they been replaced or cleaned since the 70s. Uncomfortable bed and bedding even though description said premium bedding. This is the worst "BW Plus" property I've stayed in.

Nice remodeled room, very clean & comfortable. Check in desk personnel friendly & helpful. Conveniently located near restaurants.

Only stayed one night as we were visiting Napa the next day but will definitely return to this property.

Good overall experience. Napa is bustling and there are things to do but the direct buildings around the property are a little sketch.

Our room was huge! The bathroom was very large & we loved the shower drain...I know...that is a strange thing to like, but it was different! The rolling 'barn' door(bathroom)was really cool! Our 16 year old granddaughter loved the room & there was more than enough room for 3 people! We would have loved to stay more than 1 night, but couldn't. We were just a short 20ish minutes from Yountville, for our hot air balloon ride(Napa Valley Aloft)& it was so convenient because we had to get up early to check-in at 5am! Reasonably priced & simply a great hotel!

Great spot. Rooms were spacious and clean. Only issue was the aircon wouldn’t stay on all night so it was quite warm to sleep. We enjoyed our stay.

Coffee machines was broken

Easy, quiet and modern. This property had modern decor with easy walk-up access and friendly staff. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable. I did not use the outdoor pool facilities, but there were folks using it when I arrived. The property was easy to access from a major street. Parking was available around the building and it offered charging stations.

Didnt care for the rain-like water from shower fixture in shower...provide options with variable fixture. There was an overly aggressive perfume-like air freshener used in hallways. Beds were comfortable. Sliding door actually opened for cool night air. Cool.

It was good and clean

The hotel staff was very professional and friendly and the location is perfect when having business and/or vacation time in the Napa area

The property and friendliness was excellent my only complaint was there was no breakfast.

Very close to wineries and concert events.

I was charged $30 for parking. Parking should be free, right? Although mine is a Sprinter Van, it only occupies one parking space. I was given a room for people with disabilities without asking if I could do it in advance. The carpet was very dirty. I walked barefoot on the floor for less than 2 minutes and the soles of my feet were black. So the overall arrangement is very unsatisfactory.
