It would be nice if the facility had coffee pots as opposed to single brew machine. Other than that, accommodations were nice.

The front desk staff was very accommodating on any requests. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the room clean and organized.

It was great, rooms nice, very clean. Our only problem was we were on ground floor and had children upstairs running on balcony. I was here for medical so I went to bed early and had to listen to the kid.

Old and outdated property. Noisy most nights. Staff did nothing about noisy guests. Check in staff acted as if i was bothering him. Would not stay again.

The AC unit was horrible. The thermostat wouldn’t control the temp. It kept cooling and I had to finally just turn it off as it got 51 degrees in the room.

Hotel was quiet and the staff was friendly. The bathroom had hairs on tub and baseboards from previous occupant. There were also some splashes and smudges of an unknown brownish substance on the interior bathroom doorframe. We were only there for one night so didn’t make a big deal. Beds were clean and comfy. Stale smoke smell lingered.

Shower was clogged not able to take a shower water spilled all over the bathroom floor very unsanitary.

The head rest of the bed is directly below the window and curtains. Window and curtains were old and dusty.
Walls are very thin.

This is my favorite stay in this area. Their quality and friendliness is something I can count on.

The service was excellent, the condition and upkeep of the room was good. Our only complaint was the THINNESS OF THE WALLS, as we could hear a very loud bully in the next room. We decided that if it sounded like he was getting physical, or it went on past 10 pm, we would request a room change. Nether happened and we were able to sleep.

The staff were really wonderful, cheerful, and very accommodating. Our rooms were comfortable and very clean. The daily breakfast offered multiple hot & cold options. We would recommend this Best Western and would stay here again.

Checking in was quick and effortless. The hotel and the room were clean. The bed was comfortable, and we slept well. All basic amenities (air-condition, shower, Wifi...) were functional. The hotel staff were very friendly and approachable. The hotel was in close proximity to various dining options.

Great staff that took care of the breakfast in the morning. Very clean and neat. Good food selection. Room was clean and easy to get to and near the pool and dining room.
