We stayed for one week as part of a business/work trip with lots of funtime between meetings. We loved this hotel, our room was very nice, and the facilities were amazing. The room was cleaned every day and was always sparkling clean. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. We would absolutely return to this property again!

Great stay! The only issue was the shower drain was slow - and when we tried to unblock it ourselves, we saw a bunch of hair that was not cleaned out of the drain. Once cleaned, it drained really well.

My family and I are very pleased with our week stay in hawaii at this resort. Staff is friendly and kind and always smiling. I would say the only down fall there's only one! Is the beach portion had so many people from other hotels that it was hard to find a place for our towel/ beach stuff. I understand it's kind of hard to keep everybody at their own resorts. We paid extra for beach access only to have to move away from our resort

This was an excellent place to stay. Excellent in all areas. On the beach (with sand & pool), Close to food and shopping. Staff / housekeeping excellent. Definitely would stay there again.

This was our 5th stay at this,wonderful hotel. We will be back next year. Service was top notch with all staff super friendly. Honestly they have the best location in waikiki. Beach is right outside the back. Meals,at the hulu grill were excellent with many tables overlooking the beach. Pool is,a bit small but i dont get why you wouldnt want to be in the ocean I see many statements about the need to update. I dont get it. Everything i saw looked to be in excellent condition. Also some comments about only 3 elevators. Never had to wait more than one minute. This will be the only hotel we stay at in honolulu.

We love staying out The Outrigger. The location is amazing! Very walkable and beachfront. The only issue we had was our room overlooked the huge air conditioning and power unit from the building next door. It was so noisy we could not enjoy our balcony.

There is no sense pay for partial ocean view if you can not open the window - the noice from the air conditioning of other hotels in the area takes off your pleasure.

Excellent and clean. Perfect walking distance to majority of restaurants and main streets.
A little disappointed with the voyager package as the drinks were very basic and the breakfast was those yucky powder/packet style scrambled eggs etc. For the included cost you could Have gone out for a nicer breakfast. All in all though was good place to stay.

I have to give 5 stars for staff and facility but 3 overall. If you book here because of the claimed VIP Access, forget about it. VIP Access CLAIMS food and beverage credits, complimentary breakfast, parking credits, room upgrade if available.
We had an 7 day stay. We received $100 total statement credit. Parking (only valet) was $50 a night. Breakfast buffet $27. That VIP Access $100 credit covered parking one night and not even breakfast in full the first morning.
The hotels VIP Access claim should be removed. There is nothing VIP about it and does not provide what is claimed in "food and beverage credit, parking credit, complimentary breakfast".

The valet service was outstanding, but the housekeeping and front desk service were hit or miss. The carpet was worn and needed replacement, but it was not something I would change hotels over. We had an ocean-view suite on the twelfth floor with outstanding views. There were two patios with three different doors. There was a refrigerator, but a microwave would have also been very helpful. The hotel is right on the beach and centrally located.

Had a great time! All staff from the hotel, shoppes, and restaurant attached to the hotel were super friendly. We had an issue with our bathtub but other than that it was perfect. Valet was fast!

We had a great time!!! Views were wonderful from our room. Restaurants had great food we also had the breakfast package to start our day of sun and fun. Two things #1 I lost my prescription glasses on the property and they were not returned before our stay ended .😪 #2 the lounge chairs for all day each day were in my opinion a bit high in price $105 per day . Other than that it was a wonderful stay❤️

Housekeeping for our room was excellent, and the staff at Votager 47 club was super friendly & sweet…however property is in dire need of a refresh like the Outrigger down the street. This particular Outrigger Waikiki property (next to the beautiful historic Royal Hawaiian) is on its last legs & feels & smells & looks that way. The carpet has to go. It’s gross & unsanitary. The foul odor surrounding the property is extremely off-putting. The drains need revamping because when you walk into the hotel from the beach, one is greeted with wafts of sewage. Not a good look & unfair for the poor workers on the bottom floor of Dukes…one needs a mask to walk by that area.

This was a magnificent property. Plenty of amenities, food, shopping, beautiful beach. Nothing could have been better.
