The shower never got hot. There was no soap by the sink.
The bed was comfortable.
The elevators were a challenge.

Very limited warm water, the one whole tap moved not just the handle, the side of the dresser/desk was a little dirty, pool was under construction - was interested in seeing that.
It is in a good location on the strip, front desk guy was very nice and professional

The nickle and diming on your fees is outrageous. I was charged $20 for early check-in. $20 per day for parking and almost $51 per day for a resort fee. I will never stay here again!

Hello im a Disabled Army Veteran- my room was very loud - asked the manager YANELI to change rooms across the hall is much quieter- she said they dont have any empty rooms - she is a liar and was very rude to me and my wife on her Birthday- what a horrible person - dont know how she got that job YANELI should be fired - thanks for listening- dont know what you guys can help - the Flamingo ruined my wifes Birthday and im still not feeling well after a no sleep night - ken clements

Paid for room with a view and got a view of the roof and air condition units and a pink spotlight. Perfect location. Room was a disappointment on the fifth floor.

Hotel had a highly unregulated water system to the point there was scalding water coming out of the cold side of the sink and filling up the toilet bowl.

I used this hotel for a fencing tournament. It was okay. Kind of an old, crowded property. They tried to cut corners on staff by making you ask for services through a chatbot. That being said, if you ever did get a staff member they were courteous. This property has inadequate parking and is inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage.

Everything was great about this place. Great central location. Clean, efficient, great casino, and restaurants.
Came for the Eagles concert in the Sphere.

My stay was amazing and easy to check in. It was an amazing stay I truly enjoyed every moment. I will definitely stay at the flamingo again the next chance I get when I am in Vegas.

indifferent incompetent staff. I was double booked by mistake and front desk never informed me at check in. Declined refund of dupe as discovered too late for "refund contract terms".although they could have advised me in time. no one takes responsibility when you call. impossible to talk to front desk staff with continuous excessive long lines. low room rates but expect to pay $$$ for anything else. overcrowded madhouse atmosphere.

As soon as I arrived, I found that there was no running water in the room. When I inquired, I was told that the water pump was broken but would be fixed soon. However, during my entire 2-day stay, it was never fixed, and I couldn’t properly shower. Even making inquiries required waiting in line for over 20 minutes, and issues were never resolved in one attempt. Because of the Flamingo Hotel, my experience in Las Vegas has been terrible. I recommend choosing a different hotel.

Check-in was horrible all machines were down . Other guest were yelling on the floor we stayed on, all through the night . Smelled like weed and wet dog .

Flamingo rooms were great. We had a room with two queens and a beautiful garden view. The rooms were spacious. We were able to check our bags in before our check in time which was great. They then sent them up quickly once we got to our room. The surrounding area was under construction and some passage ways were not accessible.

Nothing extra in the room. No soap. No lotion. No coffee. Nothing. It’s like lipstick on a pig. It’s old and they are too cheap to remodel so just put new crap over the old.

The least best experience on staying a hotel on the strip. Room was not up-to-date. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable shower pressure was very hard and in controllable bathroom and fixtures were old chipped away paint no air vent in the bathroom.

Room did not have hot water at all. No microwave, ice machine did not work. Bathroom smell like sewer and weed. Pool wasn’t working and advertising said it was. Check in was not easy express check in machines were broke so we had to wait in line. We book a king bed and we were move to a queen when check in because they were full. We were told to come back next day if we want our King bed. Waste of money. I wish I can get a refund. Because I felt scam.

The location is in the middle of strip , its good for person without car.

Booked a king room and received a twin room, room was run down unfortunately, use to stay here a lot in the past but this time I would recommend a face lift for the casino and the room I was in

Keys never worked for elevator or garage. Food left in fridge from previous guests. Room dusty and dated. Stay was booked for family of 4 however housekeeping only left 2 towels and offered no clean towels. The concerts were heard all the way till 2-3 in morning. The only positive was the view. I will not be staying here in the future.

Horrendous check-in experience. 2 hours, because their kiosks were down and they didn't have enough staff to address it.

The hotel is old and in need or re modernisation. Room had a TV but no remote to operate. For a non smoking room it stank of cigarette smoke.
Key card for lifts worked sometimes.
Sorry wouldn’t recommend to anybody. Other hotels on or near strip are nicer
