Patio area needs some attention and replacement of a few chairs. Bar was not open or in service. Had an issue and the manager tended to my problems the next day.

The outlet on rooom desk doesn’t not work. The bathroom is very tiny and no hook to hang clothes.

It was clean. The guy at the frint desk was informative & kind. The breakfast was good with various options.

Front desk service was great!! However when I went to grab a spare blanket from the closet it looked as if it was old there was stains crusted on it as if housekeeping just left it there

Lovely stay

Great place, if not dated, it just needs some updates here and there, as for cleanliness I want to preface that I’m a neat freak after so many horrible hotel experiences, so what I noticed likely 90% of other people wouldn’t, as I do a deep inspection of any room I stay in before I start unpacking. There was a very, non noticeable stain on the top comforter at the foot of the bed, and towel I had there was a stain at the rim of it, but clearly these just didn’t come out of the wash, probably another run thru and it would have been fine, and it didn’t feel like I was using something dirty, had I cared enough I felt they would have easily and quickly replaced it. In short can I give it five stars? No, but I would have no problem staying there again, or recommending it. Big suggestion for those using it to go to the Now Arena, as after your event is over you’ll likely have zero traffic, I had a two night event and we got out of there fast while the other lane was barely moving.

Rooms Had Bed Bugs & Other Small Black Bugs. I was trying to sleep & was awake by severe itching on my foot as if something had bit me. Sure enough I looked under the blanket & there was bed bugs. Reported this to front desk & asked to be moved to another room. Front desk agent advised me to come down to get new room key. Immediately went down to pick up new key, only to have the guy refuse to move me. His reasoning was that I was checking out that that day. Therefore, all he could do is to give me clean sheets as if I was going to make up the bed & go to sleep in a room where I was bitten.

We arrived very late and received a friendly welcome from the man at the desk. Truly, he was a delightful person and very hospitable. The room was beautiful and the breakfast hit the spot. We’d definitely stay at this hotel again

Disappointed in Country Inn and Suites for this being a property of theirs. The rooms were not clean as we had to move rooms. Multiple issues with cleanliness. Will not return to this hotel.

They were very friendly. Nice place to stay. My door however wasnt working properly. You really had to push on it for it to close. Other than that it was really nice. Their breakfast was good too.

Very nice, clean room and hotel in general. Perfect for a 3 day, 2 night stay on the area. Breakfast options were very good.

They did not have air conditioning, nor did the toilets flush within the rooms. The hotel gave a creepy vibe and the ceiling tiles were missing the other halls. This was the worst hotel I ever went to.

Need to keep up with the maintenance.

Bathroom is out dated. Toilet and shower needed an update. Need a bigger tv. But overall service and hospitality was great.

First I want to say Patrick the GM or Manager not sure what title he actually held. However, he was amazing great customer service! He truly made our stay with how great he was! Our check in was smooth and he was constantly asking if we needed anything through the week of our stay. The down side, the place wasn’t the cleanest in terms of stains on the bedding. The bathroom floor was pretty dirty like it hadn’t actually been mopped. The outside looked a little run down at first sight but going inside it did not match the outside. Despite those few negatives we had an overall good experience, like I said the front desk staff was great! 😊

The room was clean and the staff upgraded us to a suite as a courtesy for patiently waiting while he attended to another customer. Still, the room was loud and we didn't understand why in the middle of the night until the morning when we checked the window of the adjoining room and there was a broken window that was pushed wide open thereby allowing outside noise to come into the room. We didn't notice much when we checked in at night... but the morning was bustling with outside noise that woke us up.

Bathroom had No Towel Holder or Rack Just 2 little hooks Tub had chips all over it. Ask for room change for a better tub, hotel manager said, all the rooms had the same issue, because of the age of property.

The elevator need maintenance

We had a great welcome by the team member who was in duty at the time of check in. He went through all the details and paperwork we needed to make our stay comfortable. Apologies for not naming him, but he was excellent! The room was lovely and spacious. Clean and comfy. The breakfast room and breakfast were on point. The lady who took care of it was great. The pool was accessible and a good size unlike some. We had no complaints and the stay was very good, the staff were helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Very satisfied. Thanks to all.

Definitely do not stay here. When we checked in to our king room I checked the bed and found a dirty pair of socks. Housekeeping didn’t bother changing sheets! Gross!! We were tired from driving so just got another room or else we would have driven to another hotel. Don’t stay here!

Property was clean and well cared for. Just would qualify it as a great low cost hotel for quick travel in the area.
