Very clean place & friendly staff. Lots of options to choose from for breakfast.
Only one elevator was working. Nothing else other than that.

Pillows were so soft and comfy.
I asked for a wake up call for my 1st morning and that did not happen. The staff was good but I come from a very friendly city. So the not so friendly stff may just be the location.

Location was close to Mall and Lego Discovery.
Very clean large room. Room layout was very nice.
Nice sitting area with stool for kiddos. Very comfortable bed. Large bathroom.

i would say the pool but it was closed. I would say the breakfast but I was bland. I was say the price was right but I couldn’t find anywhere to park.

The hotel is beautiful, it has very comfortable rooms, the breakfast is perfect and the attention of the staff is incredible!!!

Overall quality was great!! Clean rooms and comfortable beds! Great shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Very helpful!
The breakfast bar could use some improvements. Fairfield should add fresh fruits and perhaps reduce some of the bread. I bet a lot of health conscious travelers, like myself, would appreciate it. In the future, Id like to see cantaloupes, bananas, and maybe grapes!!! Also, during these very cold weather it'd be nice to keep the heat running longer and above 80. degrees.
