We were only here for about 10 hours from arriving late-night and leaving early the next morning, but this is a place you can trust for a good stay with great service and very comfortable.

I had a room on the 9th floor and I think my room was connected to a conference room and there was a large and loud party in that attached room between the hours of 11 pm to 1 am. What is up with that?

TERRIBLE. This place sucks honestly. They’re doing construction and it’s a mess. One of the elevators has a huge dent in the floor and didn’t work. The A/C didn’t work in our room, it only blew out heat and got up to 80+ in the room. The current was broken. Trash on the floor. No apology for the heated room and all the things wrong. Stay somewhere else

The staff upgraded us since we were on our 40th anniversary trip. They could not have been nicer to us.

Everything from service to room was excellent!

We had a terrible experience at the Hilton DoubleTree in Poughkeepsie, NY, and ended up leaving shortly after checking in. We had to change rooms three times due to ongoing issues, and ultimately requested a refund. The first room had an awful odor, like mildew or a wet dog, which made it unbearable to stay in. The second room had a door that wouldn’t close properly—we had to push it hard to get it to shut—and the air conditioning didn’t work. In the third room, despite maintenance assuring us that the AC would kick on in five minutes, it never did, even after waiting 15 minutes in the sweltering heat. At that point, we gave up and left. For a Hilton property, this was extremely disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel based on our frustrating experience.
