The staff is friendly and available and the check-in was fast and smooth. The room was big and the bed very comfortable.

The breakfast was good but with not a lots of choice on the sweet part. Though, the pancakes machine is definitely a plus

As many reviewers before me have pointed out, the breakfast at this hotel is excellent. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and receptive to my needs. Finally, the hotel is minutes from the main Poughkeepsie area.

When I arrived, the hotel had absolutely no running water due to plumbing work. I was not made aware of this before my arrival, and when I talked to other guests, some of them stated they had no hot water for a week prior to the shutdown. The lack of advance communication regarding this problem was disappointing. The gym did not have any wipes for cleaning the equipment, which felt fairly outdated.

Nice location. Rooms are good. Day time front desk host gave 10/10 customer service.

Lovely room, very confortable. Nice bed, huge tv. Coffee and coffee maker, breakfast ok.

Toilet was too near the shower door. The corner of a salon table was very sharp and i hurt my leg with it. Tapestry on the floor.

We enjoyed the breakfast and we thought Nicole did an excellent job keeping on top of things and making sure everyone had what they needed!

My only disappointment was the the bathroom sink area. I had to keep my toiletries and hair equipment on the floor. It wasn’t very functional.

The room was stinky.. the aircon was very noisy .. there was no laundry service.. they asked me to wash by myself.. dry cleaning??

asked for a room on the top floor when I reserved and the lovely young man at the desk told me he had my request but could not give me a room on the top floor- there were none to be had

comfortable beds and breakfast was ok

the doors to the rooms closed/slammed loudly. the rooms had terrible sound blocking- we could hear the hallway activity clearly. poor shower water pressure along with the flushing toilet, sometimes had to flush twice.

it was very clean and all the staff members were wonderful
