The front desk greeted us in a friendly and professional manner upon our arrival. Our check in was very quick and the hotel staff referenced our pre check in requests and successfully met all of them without a reminder from us. The accommodations themselves were very clean, cozy and comfortable! Our hotel manager, Mohammed, introduced himself and remarked several times during our stay that he was at our disposal at any time to meet any requests that might improve the quality of our stay!! My wife and I were traveling with my 103 year old Dad and not only were all of our needs met, but all of his needs were prioritized and met as well! We chose to have dinner at the hotel the day of our arrival and all our meals were hot, tasty and properly prepared. ‘Hats off’ to the hotel staff and management team of this property for providing us with an overall excellent experience and stay!!

Very kind front staff... But how do you offer the guest the lamest Bagels and cream cheese when the property is in the one of the best bagel districts in the world?!?!?
Would it kill your business model to buy a local bagel?
How many more people would come back just for that alone?

Was just okay. Bed wasn't super comfortable; I think the springs on one side were collapsed or broken. Housekeeping and front desk were all helpful. Building was slightly run down but overall clean and comfortable enough. Pool area was small but quiet and well-kept.

The pull out sofa bed had no sheets, and there were stains that looked like blood stains on the sofa bed mattress. YUCK! So my daughter slept with me in the king size bed, which was not great.

Over the past five years I've stayed in numerous hotels in the area, and this is the best by far. Quiet, clean, comfy bed, friendly staff, beautiful pool, free parking, Starbucks in the lobby, upscale breakfast/dinner options while dining fireside in the tastefully decorated lobby. As a woman traveling alone I felt completely safe. Highly recommend this hotel for solo travelers, couples and families!

I purchased a suite with 2 queen beds but upon arrival, host could not accommodate that room. Instead I was given a suite with one bed and guest had to sleep on fold-out sofa. It was rather uncomfortable.

I was pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the room was laid out for a business person. Very convenient for meeting with others and for doing computer work. Snacks were available 24/7. The pool was accessible also.

The original room had a faulty lock and the hotel immediately moved us to another room. The desk staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful and again the staff couldn't have been nicer.

I booked at the wrong location but the hotel was ok except the toilet was broke and had to be fixed twice.

Overall, my worst experience!
The Internet speed was terrible, there was no slippers, no body shampoo, and you should ask them to get tooth paste/brush. We asked for body shampoo and the staff told us they had run out of it and can't provide. Towels felt old and course. Our room was next to an exist door and we could NOT sleep because of its noise! Staff were not friendly at all.

We were booked in a room with a wet carpet, probably it was just from being cleaned. The room was stuffy due to the we carpet. We has to open the balcony door for air circulation. We then requested to switched to another room with a dry carpet of which they agreed and apologized. Unfortunately the other room had the same. We we stayed anyway as we were booked for two days only. The facility had good ratings but i guess something isn't right.

This was my first time staying here. Customer service was very good here. The room was spacious and clean. I was happy with my stay.
