Hotel was expensive for type of facility. There was a sour, stale smell in our room upon entry. The air seemed to be musty the next morning as well.

Less than 4 years old this hotel had a lot of amenities. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, staff was super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent.

We have stayed here numerous times through the last 4 years since damage to our summer home in Barnstead. It is a great location & plenty of value for your money.

Staff was outstanding at check in, able to ensure we were in a higher room due to previous experience in Ky. We erred and left behind our note book/legal pad with expenses etc and when we called to ask, the gentleman at the front desk (I apologize, everyone’s names have left me) knew exactly what we were missing and did not release it to my husband without ID.

Pros: water pressure was good, nice Kohler fixtures in the bathroom, everything was new, fun modern decor. USB plugs & lots of available outlets. Free WIFI, decent breakfast. Cons: Furniture in the rooms is cheap crap. Check in was kind of slow. Shower floor super slippery. Linens are microfiber. Duvet cover was stuffed with a BEDSKIRT. Come on, Hilton. It wasn't even a cheap duvet, but a bedskirt. And because of the type of bed, a bedskirt would never be used at this property. Rooms were really small. No place to put your open bag, def not enough space for 2 people to unpack. Not a single drawer. Towels are small and they give you 2. Right by the highway. Overall, for what we paid it was ok.

Loved the room I had at this hotel. Everything seemed new and fresh, nice walk in shower, very comfortable bed and super friendly front desk staff.

Simple and clean room layout.

Overall stay was great. Would recommend to anyone that wants to stay somewhere affordable compared to anything else nearby. Shower was hot almost immediately. Bed sheets and towels were clean. Staff was extremely friendly. Will definitely stay here again if I travel to Concord again.
