Front Desk, very friendly. Room clean and a good size, couch in room comfortable. It was so cold outside and it was very nice to walk in a perfectly warm room.

To be honest, it could not have been better. Staff was very kind, room was great, breakfast was great (and hours were accommodating for early risers). I could try to think of a complaint, but I think I would come up empty

Nice motel with everything we needed. So grateful for the refrigerator. Staff were knowledgeable and nice. Breakfast was phenomenal. We went on a 22 day vacation with 15 different motels. The breakfast here was a full breakfast prepared with much care. We also used the guest laundry, which was great. Stay here and enjoy.

Wonderful BW Plus in Kingman. Dianna at reception was warm & welcoming. This hotel has a beautiful open lobby with adjoining, dedicated professional space as well as a connecting breakfast area. The full breakfast selection included cold continental & a variety of hot, home style options.
The pool and hot tub had secured guest entry. Both were well maintained & clean. Our ground floor room was meticulously prepared with better quality linens & pillows. Recommend!!

Stayed here for an overnight on our way to the Grand Canyon. Staff were lovely checking us in, and put us in a freshly renovated room. Room was clean and tidy and bed were comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

The room was very clean. Adequate towels. The mattresses were too soft for us. But we're older with hip problems. Enough hot water. The pool water and Spa water were clean. The staff was very friendly. The area is a bit Industrial. This hotel is not near any of the aesthetic Route 66 memorabilia. We did not try the Continental breakfast. The room did not have enough electrical outlets. Consider bringing a extension cord.

The staff were very accommodating when we mentioned we had a small dog with us. The breakfast and breakfast area were very nice. We had a wide choice of food, hearty food, and the dining furniture was upscale, with a fireplace in the center. The motel was doing some room remodeling, so that was a little disruptive.

Although an older property, it has been upgraded like new. Everything was very clean! It was very quiet even though it was almost full. Elevator to second floor, fitness room, laundry. Breakfast was very good. Staff was extremely helpful. We have been on a 20 day road trip and this is one of the best we stayed out.

OK to stay a night, the family room was good, the breakfast was a ”typical american hotel breakfast”; waffles, bagels etc and lots of plastics. The front desk was horrible what a witch Donna is I have never been treated like this at this hotel I have stayed there many times her dirty looks where bad the only reason I didn’t say anything to her is I knew she would cancel my room I might never stay there again

We completely enjoyed our stay here and especially the pet rooms as we had both of our svc dogs with us so was nice to be in an area set up specifically for pets.And due to my disabilitys being on a ground floor is a definite plus and we were able to park right in front of our room which was great,convenient for us not only for me but for bringing in our luggage.And all the staff we encountered were very friendly and welcoming as well as very helpful when needed and we would stay at this hotel again.

Handicapped room as right next to handicaped parking, was relatively clean and we enjoyed the breakfasts and the staff preparing it who were responsive to our needs. all in all, good stay and we would go there again.
