It is a modern hotel right by the Parma train station. The location is great if you wish to use the train for exploring nearby towns in Emilia Romagna. Also, it is about a ten minute walk into historic town center.

Excellent staff . Hotel good location for rail travel . Outside a bit seedy. Not cheap but thd roof top pool was a great facility.

Only one bath towel to use for a shower and when we called reception and asked they said they would send one up. Waited 20 minutes so had to use hand towels to get dry. On returning from our evening out they had been to leave a towel but it was another hand towel. The pool bar did not open until around 4 even though its supposed to be much earlier. Our 2nd bottle of beer was warm so soon went flat in the cold glass that we had to ask for but was offered one for our 1st drink.

told on arrival that hotel lot full. had to park elsewhere in a not safe area in middle of night. room had no ac. error code that windows were open. switched room theee times.

Having a pool to lounge at in Parma was amazing!

The hotel was very convenient, well located and friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent. I must share my frustration about the use of an iron. Being on the road for 3 weeks - clothes get wrinkled. Not being able to borrow one was surprising. The only way was to use the one on the 1st floor right next to the pool door. My recommendation - would be to find a more discreet location so not everyone using the pool and there are many get to see what you are ironing. For this reason alone, I would not recommend or return to this hotel. Remember there are many hotels to choose from. Thanks SC

This hotel as a bit of a disappointment. I wouldn’t say it lives up to the standard of a four star hotel. We booked the executive room and thought it would be really nice and spacious. The room was a disappointment. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, since it was hair left on the wall of the shower that looked like it came from a private part of the body…It was also something yellow in the shower and mold. The towels are also pealing off. The storage space was a bit scarced. Another disappointment was that the pool was only open from 11am to 8 pm. The breakfast was a chaos. Getting there briefly before 9 am and it was packed and everything was picked and they didn’t even have cutlery so I had to wait a long time for that and they ran out of mugs so they served coffee and tea in paper cups. Papercups we’re also provided in the rooms and not regular glas ones which feels a bit cheap for a four star hotel.

Pool is very small, and was packed so no room for us, also the pool terrace closes at 8pm, not just the pool but the entire terrace is closed limiting you to go out front for a smoke which is not the nicest to do at night. Hotel is located beside a train station which usually is not the best area to stay in, I should have done my research a bit better. Not to mention the price was pretty outrageous for 2 nights for a small room with no balcony and no free parking (18€ per day for parking on site). The hotel is nice but missing quite a few conveniences that we would have liked to have.

Stayed for one night and had a good experience. The Executive room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. The pool area was wonderful and perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was a real treat with a big selection of tasty food. Pasquale was courteous and kind, making our morning even better. The AC in our room was making a strange noise though. Maybe, it’s time to look into it.

Good house keeping. welcoming front office, although it is too small for the size of the hotel. Room need to have real cups to make tea/coffee not paper cups. Good breakfast.

The location was good because we were meeting a group at the train station, but I didn't feel safe walking in the area especially later in the evening.

This is my second time and I had a wonderful and amazing experience as always be in Novotel. Staff were all courteous, enthusiastic, and have shown professionalism in their work. Room is clean and spacious. My only suggestion is that they need to change the breakfast food selections two or three times a week.

We ordered 4 junior suit, when we arrived they said they made a mistake and there is only 1 junior suite so they gave us instead a double room with connection between the room, It’s less comfortable than junior suite, because of that we asked for a late check out but they agreed to let us only one room and another room with extra charge. This is not ok !!!

The property was in perfect condition. Quiet, clean, safe with an extensive breakfast.

Really enjoyed the stay but air-con not so good.

The room was fine except for the exit lights flashing red and green which was obvious after the room lights wrre swiched off. The aircon was also difficult to control.

This is a classy hotel with refined customer service and facilities. The lobby and lobby bar are lovely. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is adjacent to the train station, and just a short walk from the main shopping area and historical sights. The room was excellent. Modern, yet comfortable.

Awful internet connectivity. Had to contact hotels.com directly due to hotel staff giving the runaround reasoning and being given a conference room late in the evening instead of just being given a different room location in the building to receive better wifi connectivity.

Good solid city centre hotel. Rooms are good size , modern and very clean. Breakfast was very tasty, handy parking underneath hotel and a good hotel gym.

This is a comfortable, modern hotel that is only a couple of blocks from the Parma train station. It is a 10 minute walk to Garibaldi Square and all the great sites and restaurants nearby. The neighborhood around the hotel is a bit run down, but it was safe and the proximity to the train station makes it super convenient.

Staff was excellent and room was nice. Could have been a little cleaner in the bathroom. Great facilities on site. It’s not a good area but it’s near the station so if you need to stay in the area this is a good spot to stay.

The executive room has no work space and wifi is slow when it works. Our keys stopped working around 3 times every day and had to be reset; service is terrible - room service order was forgotten and when it arrived was average. Getting a coffee in the foyer while working at the station there is impossible; we asked 3 times over 3 hours, even asked the Manager - still no coffee arrived. Short walk to the old part of the town, but don't walk the other way!

The good: Modern Close to train station Close to downtown Good bed Good Ac Suggestions for improvement: Redesign the front desk. It can get congested. The rooms are plain, could use some pictures. If a room has a king bed, provide king pillows please. The pillows provided were not great. Please provide stir sticks for in-room coffee. Provide water glasses in the room. The small paper cups are not adequate.
