The hotel was great The only problem is you call the phone number and you can't get anyone to answer... I was charged $25 when I checked out and have no idea why

It was nicely renovated however our room was not and had straight out entrance. As women traveling I feel safer with a hall way entrance. It was _$$ for what it was

Seems recently remodeled. Clean and roomy. The included breakfast is fairly simple, but didnt expect much either. Expect some road noise when facing the front of the hotel.

Overall we were very pleased with the hotel. The only suggestions would be to have conditioner in the actual shower instead of lotion (which is already by the sink), and to have fruit available for the breakfast.

The room was spectacularly clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The free bagel bar breakfast in the morning was great! Service was friendly and welcoming. We will stay again!

Staff were friendly during check in and out. Room was clean and had nice desk area for travelers who are working. No freezer but overall was nice. Expect some road noise from the highway.

The property is a very quick and easy drive to Hersheypark. It was clean and comfortable. The pool was green though and the breakfast was very limited (bagels, muffins, and yogurt).

Hotel met our needs for a one night stay in Hershey. Only frustration was having to prove we paid on Hotels.com because they changed ownership earlier this year. staff was nice and professional.

It has an upscale motel look and feel. Staff was friendly and helpful. The facility has just been remodeled so everything was crisp and clean. Our room was accessible from the outside so if someone was smoking outside you can smell it. Couldn’t open the curtains for extra light because not as private. Breakfast is truly continental, no fruit no cereal, just bagels, yogurt and muffins, coffee and juice. I missed that fact when I booked. You can purchase cereal but there’s no milk in the marketplace. Breakfast could have been much better. Suggestion would be boil eggs, waffles, oatmeal and cereal and fruit.

The staff was very helpful and were accommodating to everything we asked for. The breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was just ok. We had French toast that my son thought was not cooked. The pancakes were not good. Just not good. My husband did enjoy his omelet with veggies.

We got to our room & found the door not locked. Went into the room & there was so must moisture in that room you could cut it. Door wouldn't close & lock, AC was pumping out lukewarm air, not cold air. Called fron desk & they wanted to put us on the 3rd floor & the elevator was down. Asked for a refund. They gave the refund, but never received the cancelation email. Asked twice for that email. Never received.

The staff was amazing at this hotel. I did not expect that there would not be an elevator in this hotel. My room was only one floor up.So it was not a huge deal. However, i would have liked to know this information in advance.There was a slight problem with ants in my room. I also felt that the food offered at breakfast was a little lacking. I would have liked to have some more options that were carb free. Like hardboiled eggs etc.Even though there were a couple of issues,I did enjoy my stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Ii dont know if there are plans to install an elevator. But I would use this hotel again if they did.

We made our reservation on Jan 11 and when we arrived on July 22, we were then informed that our reservation was cancelled. No explanation was given, but it was obvious when I discovered that a whole floor was shut down due to upgrades. Hilton should have given me notice prior to making the 2.5 hour drive. Very disappointed and unprofessional that I was left with no room in a city I've never been in before.

While I understand they were under construction, one of our rooms had a broken window. The pool was slimey and the hottub looked brown. The rooms are small and more motel style, not what I expected from a Hilton. The breakfast only had muffins and bagels. When asking the staff for a late checkout they seemed inconvenienced.

I'd love to be able to give a review of our stay, but apparently Hilton bought this hotel out, cancelled all the existing bookings without refunding them, and didn't notify the folks who booked rooms. Our room was booked seven months in advance to accommodate that the area has a) summer season peak tourism and b) a popular concert in town that night. Whoops.
The front desk worker did the best he could, but the hotel was fully booked.

I truly and deeply appreciated the manager and the front desk clerk very much. My original reservation made several months ago was somehow lost in your corporate transition. They immediately helped me and got me and my children settled in with no problems at all. Service was friendly, And I would definitely stay again and I probably will the next time we’re out there for a concert at the stadium! Thank you again!

I was very upset to learn when I got there that my reservation was not there. They had recently converted to a different hotel chain. All of the reservations should have been canceled and we should have been alerted to that instead of - "your reservation should still be honored". The woman in front of me also had this happen. Luckily I had chosen to pay at the hotel. She had already paid and they didn't have her reservation. I had to then try and find a new hotel last minute. Thankfully I did at Tru by Hilton , which was a nice stay.

Made reservations for two nights months ago as a surprise for my wife for our anniversary, which included tickets to go see the Foo Fighters at Hershey Park stadium.
Only to have this Hilton location cancel our reservations prior to our arrival. Not cool.

We arrived at the property and were informed our reservation was cancelled. We never received an email to notify us it was cancelled and were told to contact the 3rd party company used to book the room. I had received no email from them either. I asked to book directly with the hotel and they told me I couldn’t because they may were fully booked. When I asked why the reservation was cancelled they told me to call the third party company but it was probably due to a name change of the hotel.

We chose this hotel because it is so close to Hershey park. It was great - recently refurbished and the rooms were nicely appointed. The staff were lovely and seemed to be working very hard to keep everything running smoothly. The waffle makers at breakfast were very entertaining!

pool looked cloudy and dirty and then was out of service. unable to use and staff was unapologetic about it.

We had a dog room and it was really nice and clean smell good, the staff were great. My daughter left her favorite towel behind and two of the staff made it possible to return to us special thanks to Victor and Jolie for going out their way and making possible also Mr. Connor checking us in was very gracious. Thanks for making our trip special as we were celebrating our daughter bday at Hershey park.
