Price was great, but pool area was not clean, hot tub was filthy, slide is permanently closed.

Service was exceptional.

No hot water in our room and there was an orange slime mold growing in the coffee pot.

Traveling with my 15 month old for the first time so I wanted him to feel at home as best as I could so I got a joined room suite for plenty of room to play. Our first room didn't have heat in the joined room so we switched rooms. The 2nd room also didn't have heat in the joined room. Luckily we brought a fan & put that in the doorway to move heat from 1 room to the next & thankfully that worked to stay warm. The door to the bathroom didn't have a lock & it was a sliding door so we had to barricade the door so the baby wouldn't get in. Pool water was cold, hot tub wasn't working the entire time. The waterslide was also not working. The menu for food was extremely slim & expensive. Not kid friendly at all. The beds were comfortable & there was 1 very nice front desk clerk that went above & beyond to help find my Dad's keys that he lost. The other workers were rude & must not realize they work in the customer service field. No eye contact or even smiles. If your there for a short trip without kids it's ok, but if you're traveling with children I'd find something else.

We had an unexpected stay on thanksgiving day. Limited staff due to holiday but they were all AWESOME!! Great experience!

The hotel was very clean and you can tell they have recently done some updating. All of the staff we encountered were so friendly and helpful. And I think the best thing was that our beds were VERY comfortable; which is rare nowadays.

I was very upset. I had a reservation for Sunday and stayed the night and was enjoyable. So on Monday I had made a new reservation and stayed in the same room. While I was gone for the day housekeeping came in and changed my bedding n vacuumed and cleaned the bathroom but touched my dirty clothes n moved them in my clean clothes bag. I did not ask for service nor was I informed they would come into my room. I feel it was an invasion of my privacy and stay. If I had asked for housekeeping it would b different but to just come in and put dirty clothes in my clean clothes is unacceptable.

The rooms where dirty and wires everywhere, the hot tub did not work, the pool was dirty, and there is a non working slide...the smell of weed was bad in the lobby, the desk attendants where usually on phone..the tv volume did not work and the phone did not work!! The only possitives where quiet and the bar food was good
