This property has got a fabulous location on the Magnificent Mile in Chicago. It is also located by tons of shopping and restaurants. The rooms offer some incredible views of Downtown Chicago.
There is also a very lively cocktail lounge area right in the main lobby.

Check in was confusing. The desk person said my rate was different than what she was seeing on her computer screen, bjt wouldn't tell me what the difference was. She also said I had free parking bit no where on my itinerary did it say Free parking so I parked in a lot and paid for it. The lounge is nice for a cocktail. The room was very clean. Great view and location. The bed is comfortable but the pillows are terribly hard and uncomfortable.

Very over priced for a basic hotel room! The air conditioning didn’t seem like it worked.

The service was impeccable from top to bottom. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy.
The downsides were the first room we were in, had a broken HVAC motor So we had to be moved to a new room. The bathroom had one small hook, so the second person to take a shower had nowhere to put their towel. The pillows were very flat so we had to double them up in order to sleep comfortably.
The entire hotel was very clean, And the location was great!

We’ve stayed at the Marriott many times and were always very happy with it, however, this time our room was not as clean as it should’ve been. Slightly disappointing given the cost.

No complaints at all. Hotel was very clean and staff were great. Lobby bar was always packed and vibrant. Location was excellent. Tons of higher end shopping and great dining choices, all with in walking distance. Quick uber ride to Wrigley Field too. Would love to come back again soon!

Perfect location to experience the Magnificent Mile! Lots of great places to visit or shop within a couple minutes walk or train, fantastic views, and a beautiful hotel.

The staff first and foremost was amazing and helpful. Shout out to the one lady that works at the cafe' in the hotel remembered our iced coffee after one visit. (Iced SF vanilla Carmel mocca). The cleanliness and the beautifulness of the hotel was awesome! We will be staying there again soon.

I truly enjoyed my stay. There was a bar, a restaurant, and a pantry located inside the hotel. As far as walking, there were plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Everyone was extremely friendly and always very helpful. The room was very clean and neat.

Stay began with the best check-in experience in all my travels. Friendly but efficient. Great delivery of available services, including entering my Bonvoy number providing access to upgraded wifi.
Lobby, elevators, hallways, and room very clean. Bed very comfortable. Good neighborhood just north of the river here in Chicago.

The hotel was clean, centrally located to visit multiple destinations - easy access. The room service was pleasant, accommodating, and professionalism.
My only issue was the demeanor of the front desk staff. they seem unengaged and portrayed an attitude they were not helpful. A stark contract to the hospitality and housekeeping staff.
The first impression I encounter will determine if I planned to return to this property which begins with the front desk staff - needs improvement.

I loved this hotel. It was in the middle of chicago and walling distance to all major tourist stops. Its was an amazing experience.

Location is amazing! Beware that the hotel charges a $25 per day fee (can’t remember what they call it-a convenience fee maybe) but you can spend tht in the hotel before noon each day and get it back. Confusing but basically you have to spend $25 per day in the restaurant or at the bar, if you don’t, you are paying $25 out of pocket so you minds well find something to buy. Stupid buy whatever. I was also charged $110 on my credit card and I’m not sure what does I’ve called the hotel theee times in the past two weeks and they won’t send me a copy of my bill.

Was lied to about the destination credit. Agent during check-in proposed it as something I paid for at the time of booking and was a credit. She should have said it’s a fee we charge which is a credit for you to use while being a guest at the hotel. Aside from her choice of words the hotel was very lux, clean, and housekeeping staff were the only ones who were friendly.

Perfect place to stay if you want to explore the heart of downtown Chicago. The hotel is in the middle of the shopping areas and there's 5 min walk to a boat tour - it was fabulous and so convenient. I will say, the hotel is about 30 - 35 minutes from the o'hare airport, but if there's traffic it will take 1 hr, so plan wisely. The room itself was clean, the custodial staff was kind, the deli/breakfast station in the lobby was convenient, and security was respectable and we felt safe. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is at a convenient location. Although they try to keep it updated, age is started to show( been there many times)
Tha price is much higher than expected compared with other hotels in area. All in all it’s fine to stay for few nights.
