Wonderful hotel! Wonderful staff! I LOVE the location!

Great location. Great service. Surprise that rooms soothe bathrooms are not updated

Our family did a little get away for Fall Break. We chose the Omni for location and the all suites for our family of 5. Plenty of room, hot water, clean towels and linens. The staff was the nicest staff of anywhere we’ve stayed. Every single person we encountered was absolutely amazing.

reserved 2Q w/ pullout coach. Did not have a room for us, so put us in Q w/ coach and delivered bed, but coach was not a pullout, so had to have second twin delivered late--not comfortable. Moved us to right kind of room second night, but shouldn't treat third party reservations as second class--what if all of us had been racing marathon in the morning--not okay

Beautiful hotel, staff went above and beyond at every turn for advice, supplies, and friendliness.

Love that the property was well kept. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. Love the staff member Daniel during my check in as well as shopping and lots of places to eat nearby.

My wife thigh had three lined spots that appear to be bed bug bites. We reported to the night and morning front desk managers. We were given the run around. No clear consistent explanation on protocols and what the hotel can do for us. They didn’t tell the housekeeping staff about the bed bug. They told her to come up to change our sheets. When we told her our suspicion re the bed bug bites. She became defensive and took off. We asked whether she will change the sheets and she says there are protocols. She never came back; no one call us back. We had to wait close to an hour and had to call night front desk manager again. We asked to be moved. He lied that the hotel was “fulll committed” and couldn’t move us. No fourth et accommodation or explanation. We were stuck with the same room overnight and he indicated nothing he can do for us but will let the morning front desk manager know and go call us in the morning. No one call us in the morning. So we went to seek out and to speak to the morning manager. She was dismissive and told us to leave the hotel. Very disappointing. We still have another night left wit the hotel. Never again will we stay at any Omni hotels again.

Went for a couples weekend. The location was great, the room was clean, the staff is amazing. A decor is out dated for sure and the bed not as comfortable as the Omni in Boston or New Hampshire. Had a lovely time overall!

Great location, building, and staff!

Very friendly staff and nice room. My only complaint is that the pullout sofa bed was very uncomfortable. We rearranged and had 1 person sleep on just the sofa but the pullout shouldn’t count as extra sleeping space and it needs to be changed out

Easy access to the city activities, restaurants and shopping. Very nice hotel.

The staff was especially friendly and helpful. The breakfast was high quality. The fitness room is large and modern. The bed, however, was very soft, maybe old. I had a lot of back pain.

The Omni Chicago was the perfect place for a long weekend getaway! The staff were kind and helpful, the property is beautiful, and close to all the best that Chicago has to offer! We’re already planning our next trip back!

Room was very nice, clean, good layout. Staff (especially the valet/bellhop) were excellent. Good location for walking the mag mile. My only mild complaint is that it's a noisy area: lots of sirens at night. It is located a few blocks from Northwestern Mem Hospital. But having said that, we never really had any problems getting in a good nighs sleep

We really enjoyed our room. The gym was stellar and the bar was very nice. We didn’t have an opportunity to try the restaurant but it the food we saw being served looked good.

The king bedroom is large and comfortable. Love the sitting area with desk and a second TV. Best hotel bed I have ever slept on.

They don’t have good customer relations and they don’t have good food and hospitality the next time I don’t want to booked.

The staff are always friendly and go the extra mile for guests. The hotel is quiet so you don’t hear noise from the hallway or other rooms. I will be staying here again!

All very nice.

There is a hospital nearby, so ambulance in and out very noisy. Hotel itself is nice and staff is very friendly, but the noise on the streets is not good.

Amazing stay! Worth it

The hotel was very nice, clean, in a convenient location and the staff were friendly and accommodating but I had 2 minor issues. First, I could not get my iPad to connect to the wifi until my last night there which I did not appreciate. While the staff did help and did enlist IT help it was still a very big inconvenience to not have access to wifi. My second issue was that while I did book the hotel through Hotels.com, it would have been helpful if upon check in staff advised of the daily “resort fee”. I kind of felt blindsided by it and I pointed it out on my check out but I was told that it is the third party booking agents responsibility to advise me of that. Hotels.com did advise of that but the hotel should as a courtesy remind or advise their guest of that as well. Especially for the amount paid for the room per night.

The location was the best good point of the hotel

Excellent hotel. The staff is super friendly and our room was ready upon arrival. We opted for the upgraded room with the separate seating area. There is excellent shopping and restaurants in walking distance. We would definitely stay at this hotel in the future.
