Hotel itself was fine, it’s what you’d expect. Breakfast options were good. Hotel was clean. Really disappointed though that the price we paid for a king room, it was right off of the breakfast area/pool. We heard every sound, noise, voices, etc. even with having the fan running constantly and trying to drown out the sounds with a sound machine we were still awoken numerous times. I really think if this is the only room left you should be made aware before you book.

Chose this place based off of positive reviews. Best consistent positive reviews out of all hotels in Onalaska and lacrosse. Nice, updated, and clean. Great parking and location. Staff is nice. Very impressed by the free breakfast. Great food, great options, and clean. Beds are comfortable and rooms were extremely clean and so were the bathrooms. Truly clean bathrooms are hard to come by. I definitely felt safe and secure here. I will definitely keep this place in mind for future travels through this area as long as they keep up with things. Walked over to the Japanese sushi and hibachi restaurant right next-door. Great place and great staff there as well.

Hotel was comfortable enough. It's old and outdated and kind of smells like smoke. It's out of the way. It was nice that the bedding for the pull out coach was already in the closet. Breakfast was very crowded, only a few tables to sit at so we didn't get to take advantage of it.

Clean, safe accommodations. Great staff. Miss GG moved me to a quieter room on the second floor. She was very cordial. Give her a good raise. The hotel corporation can afford it. Again, a nice place to stay and a friendly, professional staff.

Nice place for the price, some breakfast items not available. Room and hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. Quiet, clean, convenient to grocery and site seeing. I would stay again if in the area.

Staff was great. Facilities were clean and comfortable. Full breakfast with all the essentials.
My only issue was the toilet was REALLY low to the floor and difficult to get up from. Other than that, everything else was great.

Stayed with our baseball team. Pool was a little small but the kids loved it. Nice they have laundry! Rooms were clean and accommodated us needing adjoining rooms

It’s interesting where this hotel has signs all over when you walk in “no smoking hotel”. Everytime I came back to the hotel all the staff were right by the front doors smoking. We had a little baby and I had to go through the side doors. Very unprofessional in staff that way not following those signs and smoking right in front of the welcome doors. Not impressed at all

A decent motel for the price. Had a nice breakfast with eggs and sausage.
They gave you a card for each day of stay to be filled out with what supplies you wanted replenished - towels, toiletries, sheets, etc. When they replaced the towels they did not remove the towels being replaced. Did not always get what was requested.

The hotel was overall clean and quiet. The gentlemen at the front desk at check-in and check-out both were very friendly. Our room was clean and didn't smell muggy like other hotels have. The only thing of note was one of the washcloths had some lint and some hair on it but we just didn't use it. Otherwise we had a comfortable stay. We didn't stay for breakfast as we had an early flight to catch but the gentleman at check-in provided us some snacks for being "Choice" hotel members which was nice.

It was good. Breakfast was small but good. The real disappointment was Fox News on the main tv in the breakfast area. In these times, public places should really have more neutral programs on the main televisions. I would have asked to change it if we stayed longer. Otherwise all was great.

Listed online as pool and hot tub and the hot tub had been removed months in advance of our stay. So it was sad to not have what we were looking for in our stay... honeatly would have booked elsewhere to have a hot tub.

Every time we walked into the room, we could smell old cigarette smoke. Also there was no milk offered at breakfast but we’ve run into no milk before for continental breakfast at other places.
