The management was amazing, however the majority of the lights in the room didn’t work and when we took a shower the morning after our stay the shower leaked all the way into the room

We had such a lovely stay. The hotel is a cute vintage style. Absolutely adorable. Our room was super clean with nice fluffy pillows. The owners were super nice and friendly.we met a few other guest and enjoyed our chats. We did not get to use the pool but it was clean and well maintained. Had an outdoor grill area. New full size fridge in the room was such a nice addition. We will definitely stop in again

Disgusting!!! Rooms were dirty and had mold on the ceilings! We could not stay there and Owner refused to refund- shut this place down until they remodel

The pictures on the website are not updated from this hotel. The whole thing is dirty and run down. The room was dirty with cobwebs on the walls, rusty dirty refrigerator, chipped and stained bathtub and the shower rod was rigged up with some sort of plastic bag holding it up and when we put a towel over the rod, it fell off the wall. I was charged $158 instead of the price I booked it for which was 90 tax. I also had to pay an additional $100 deposit. The whole place is a dump. There are people living here that rent by the week and there’s desk chairs and folding chairs and a couch outside of most of the rooms. I would not have stayed here if I could have found another hotel. Unfortunately we went up to the area for a music festival and they said that there were about $40,000 people there on Friday night. I have taken pictures of the hotel and the room. I’m definitely going to leave them on their google page.

Wonderful stay

It was a very dirty thrown. The covers on the bed was very dirty like they have not been washed in monthe. Shower was black. I literally had to scrub the shower before I got in it. The walls will be disgusting. The microwave. Still had Food mode. Later still had food moldy in it. So with all that being said, the whole place was very disgusting all around inside and out it shouldn't even be open. And even the staff was very rude.

Great place on a budget if you need somewhere to sleep. Has a pool but didn’t check it out. Room was outdated and a felt like it was falling apart a bit but worked and good price for what I needed and no bugs! I would stay again and recommend to anyone going to the area.

Room was very small had a window air conditioner. Bathroom was very small and shower was very slippery.

The staff was not professional and had a very bad mouth and I would never go there again. Didn't want to put me downstairs cause I couldn't go up. So he got nasty

Very old and whoever was the repair guy needs fired…… old and run down place….. if you want cheap…. It’s here…. If you want nice it’s somewhere else….. roaches in the rooms…. And they want $100 deposit…….. you gotta be kidding… what could you possibly steal or destroy from this very cheap place?

I'm not one to write many reviews, but this left me shocked. I wouldn't recommend this place, better to sleep in the car. It even has cockroaches.

Service was good and staff was friendly

The walls were broken and so were the doors. and the mattress was dirty full of very large brown stains and my children got allergies with so much dust and the smell of cigarettes and dirty I didn't go somewhere else because I didn't know and I was alone with the children I didn't know what to do but I don't know stay at that hotel if you are on vacation

My kids and I didn’t even stay we walked in I pulled the blankets back on the beds told the kids not to set there stuff down and walked in the bathroom it was disgusting burn marks from cigarettes everywhere and there was no bathroom window someone could have climed right through it! The person behind the desk was very friendly but this is not the place to stay it’s the kind of hotel that has permanent residents not to mention the sheets were disgusting the person who cleaned the room didn’t clean it! Cigarette burns also throughout the whole room no tv in the room either! That’s as far as we got loaded everything back up and rented a new room at a different hotel!

Location is excellent. It is only minutes from the beautiful Silver Springs State Park and within walking distance from restaurants and shoping areas.

IT TO9TALLY was aweful. Horrible hote,management, and my worst experience in 60 years.

Poorly maintained, noisy.

The gentleman running the office was very pleasant and personable when I checked in. The room was far from pleasant though. I wasn't expecting anything more than clean and servicable being a two star, low cost place, but it wasn't even clean.

It's obviously an older building, but you can tell that the owners try to keep up with maintenance. They leave you alone and it's nice and quiet
