poor attitudes and dirty surroundings inside and out

The first lady who checked me in and the location is where I needed it to be. Oh and it didn't have bed bugs.

It was VERY dirty. We check for bed bugs at it didn't have those but outside sheet had a sticky brown substance. There were bugs all over and even spider webs with spiders. Door knobs were all sticky. As were the floors. I can honestly say this was the worst hotel I have ever been to. In fact I am tempted to ask for at least a partial refund. I used to be a housekeeper so I am pretty forgiving of missing things and I understand old not being something you an just fix. This room didn't have a curtain. It took 2 sheets and screwed them in! The tv didn't work even though we did hit input to try and switch it to hdmi 1 or 2. Then the main light was also broken. I can't express how bad this place was.

The night staff! The lady was super nice and very helpful with anything and everything we needed!

The morning staff.. Jasmine was absolutely horrible!!! She was rude and nasty to me and my boyfriend!! There was absolutely no reason to be that way to us!! We were being respectful and she decided to get mad because it was before 9am and she didn't want to work! How are people suppose to trust this company when they are on a business trip and have things to take care of??? Jasmine does not put a good face on your company at all!!!!!! If that's even her name and she didn't lie about it because she refused to give me her last name... all this could have need avoided but I will not stand for some customers service representative treating me the way I was treated this morning!!!!!! This isn't the company's fault it's POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The ones showing face for the company and making it horrible!!! There is many more complaints I could have and I would over look but not someone being disrespectful!!! I expect this to be addressed!!! I am not happy this morning and I'm running late for my prior plans thanks to Jasmine.... and im short on money... 😤😤😡😡😤😤😡😡😤😤😡😡

the property is terrible.

The property is run down and has bugs. There was dirty towels in our room on the counter. There were roaches in the bathroom. The room smelled like mildew. There were people outside of our room until 3am talking and laughing. The floor was missing or had holes in the tile. The a/c didn’t work well. This hotel needs serious cleaning and remodeling. We will never stay here again.

The worst stay in a hotel, pool falsely advertised and looks like it hasn’t been filled in years. No amenities, ripped curtains and mold on each lamp and the walls.

Staff was smoking weed when we checked in, had to make our own beds, the coffee pot had a bag of cocaine in it!!!!!! Noisy all night with paper thin walls, mold in the bathroom and on each lamp in between the rips and tears. Curtain was attempted to be ductaped together but we had to hang a sheet and put our luggage over it. Worst stay ever!! Saw a cockroach scurry across the floor under the fridge.

Curtains did not close and give privacy. Even if they did close they were so shredded up like a cat went crazy. Just a travel room needs to be remodeled. A lot of shady characters staying there and not a Good Feeling for security

Good location and price

There was a dirty washcloth left in the shower.
