It is a clean and well-located hotel, though a little «old.» The beds are comfortable but beware of rooms ending with the number 14. There is an elevator sharing the wall that will make it very hard to sleep.

Paid WAY more than i should using hotels.com. i could have booked with the property directly for 30% less. Very disappointed to be THAT person... seeing how much less everyone else paid for the same room when i checked in.

Easy walk from Union Station. Right in the centre of the city so everything is accessible. Definitely on my list on my next Toronto trip.

Carpet a bit dated. But they kept it very clean. Very good staff. Parking is pricey at $40 a day although you don’t really need a car unless you’re travelling a longer distance. Convenient area for dining shopping, etc.

We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay. Ray greeted us with a friendly smile and was very helpful. We dined at the King Street Social Kitchen which located in the lower part of the hotel and once again, very friendly service. Food was good too. Starbucks was on the property which was nice. Walking from CN Tower was easy. I would stay there again.

The beds were okay, the pillows were flat. The pool was on the small side for a hotel of this size. The gym and sauna were nice. Staff were very friendly!

Paying the rates asked one would assume that at least parking and continental breakfast would be provided, but no an additional $40 for overnight parking is charged and if you wish to have breakfast there is an additional charge. The room was clean and the location was good but I will not be returning to pay that much again

I thought the staff was wonderful!
It’s the the rooms are EXTREMELY outdated and the first room I got was so small I thought I was going to pass out!
They did upgrade my room to a jr suite for 100$ extra.
Although the upgraded room was bigger and “nicer” it just wasn’t worth the money.
There was dust everywhere and the leather on the pullout couch was literally peeling off!!
SO WORN OUT i seriously can’t believe they haven’t thrown it out, plus the springs in the pullout made for the worst sleep possible!
Not to mention in the living area of the jr suite where the pull out is, is completely covered by a glass ceiling which you can see all the condominiums around you and they can absolutely see in the room.
Plus in the bathroom there was a non stop noise of what sounded like someone or something was drilling 24/7!!!
Would absolutely NOT come back.

This property was way overpriced. The rooms were dated feeling, the bathroom didn’t have an exhaust which when 4 people are showering makes the room very uncomfortably humid. Housekeeping came so early daily they woke us up. Honestly I was just shocked at the price versus quality of rooms- plus all of the Canadian taxes were insane- almost an extra $100 PER night!

Lots to do in the area within walking distance which is what we were looking for. Great place to stay. Rooftop pool was nice especially at sundown. Would reccomend.

Great location, within walking distance to many attractions. Staff were all great and the pool was nice with great hours. There is a Shoppers Drug Mart on the opposite corner for anything you may have forgot to bring.
Beds were comfy, but the room could use a little TLC as some of the furnishings have been well worn and somewhat dissapointing for the price paid.
Breakfast buffet was above average, and missed upon returning home.
Overall enjoyed our stay.
