Checkin and checkout very slow. I did the online checkin. Didn’t seem to matter. Hotel needs to improve in this

Was a busy Friday night which is not a day I usually stay.
I felt the valet, bar etc was understaffed & overwhelmed, not the usual high standard of service I have come to know. One of the bar staff was particularly rude.
Lifts very slow & out of order which is becoming a recurring theme !!
Otherwise everything else was great, pool, spa, gym, breakfast etc.
considering how busy the hotel was it was a nice quiet room experience.

The staff were great. The room was poorly lit, the bed and pillows hard and the air con control placed badly and was difficult to use especially in the bad lighting

Very nice place. Well staffed. Buffet Breakfast top notch. Only issues were the vallet parking, the concierge said parking was free for accord memebers then on checkout hit with a $50 charge. The shower had a separate hot and cold tap which was a bit of a pain to get the temp right. Otherwise this is a very nice place close to Spark Arena, walking distance for any events.

Amazing stay, second time at Pullman. Staff very attentive and helpful. Only down grade is the aircon in the room quite noisey. Comfortable beds and very good quality breakfast. Good location.

The staff was the best part honestly, so sweet. The front area is a bit packed and stuffed, it's noisy, confusing and overwhelming. The pool was a bit too warm and stuffy but the water temperature was good and the pool was clean, the pool boogie boards and noodles were gross though, black and dirty. Everything was good and would stay again 😊

Pool was great. Service was terrible, like staff weren't trained adequately and systems were not working. Food was great. Check in and check out was a mission. When we arrived there was no record of our booking even though I had a reecord of payment. Took an hour to sort.

Excellent facilities, kids really enjoyed the swimming pool and adults got to relax in the spa and sauna. Only downside was the bath/shower, it was dated. Taps are loose and water took a long time to drain.

Fantastic clean and quiet property with great service and tentative staff, in particular the valat parking team.
Rooms are good sized with plenty amenities such as premium tea that enable you to have and try alternative flavors. Great location, however the parking is very steep and does not offer an alternative that is controlled by them

The staff were amazing. All very helpful and professional. The rooms were well appointed with everything you could want. Kid friendly, the pool was amazing. What more could you want after a hard day of exploring the city, than too dump your kids in a pool and enjoy the spa.

it was nice but for the price, the room was very small, it was quite dark and we could figure out how to turn the lights up and we didn’t have enough time to ask staff. i feel like this room is over priced. staff were lovely!

Very handy to Spark Arena where we were attending a concert, within walking distance only about 10 minutes. Staff outstanding and went out of their way to assist you.

Just loved our 3-night stay; excellent for both working from (grateful for the desk in our room) & getting to/from the central city for eating & getting amongst things. Fantastic espresso martinis!! The food options are good; in-room dining esp. will be back monthly for work going forward 🙂

Pullman call themselves a luxury hotel, this is not a luxury hotel and not worth the money you pay. Staff not very friendly either
