Good stay for what we needed. Service was great. Hotel is a little outdated. But it felt safe and comfortable.

This looked like a super cute property with good reviews, so I was surprised to have a completely different experience. The room had no lights in the front room, one hanging light completely gone. The two TV’s did not work, there was no shampoo in the bottle, it was left empty. There was a fight right outside our door. I have many photos to post for a review. Stay for a party if you want but don’t expect lights or TV’s and homeless people to greet you.

OH EM GEEEE... you have to stay here!! It was amazing! Our only complaint was that we had to leave so soon. The pool, the swing, everything was great. The front desk guy was so kind and nice. We enjoyed every bit of this stay. We already cant wait to get back.

Staff were very friendly. Facility was beautiful, felt like a mini resort! Rooms were big and clean. Great location as well, walkable to a few coffee shops. Very close drive to the beaches. Would recommend ear plugs for sleeping - you can hear everything in the hallways but it did not bother me personally!

The hotel was solid. Cute rooms, but pretty noisy and no internal hallways or keycards required for elevator, so not the safest. Staff was friendly, but there’s no way to call the front desk and no one answered the text number for customer service. Wouldn’t be my first choice to stay out in the future, but is a totally decent place to spend the night.

Our first night we were woke up at 2 am by a couple having sex very loudly for over a hour. Then the same woke us up at 8am. We were travelling with my teen daughter and this mortified me. We requested to move to a different room which the front desk helped us with. Our new room was quieter but didn't have working televisions. The front desk gave us complimentary parking in lieu of no televisions. At 1000 pm on night two we had to call 911 because there was a civil dispute in the house behind the hotel with yelling, cussing, and loud crying. For paying $750 USD for two nights, the value was not worth the money. I definitely would not feel safe with my young children at night around this property. It is about 15 minutes walk to the beach, 30 mins walk to Venice boardwalk, and eateries close by.

Travelled with family and booked multiple rooms mid-week. Not crowded and easy to find. We especially loved that there was a parking garage and security (always staff in lobby and throughout the hotel). The mini suites had extra space for our babies to play. The room was primarily clean though we came across a screw on the floor. Overall it was in good condition. We were impressed by the updated bathrooms & room designs. AC was not working in one of the rooms so it needed switching out. We had hoped to stay close together, so that was our only complaint. Otherwise, nice walkability to breakfast, coffee, and restaurants. Staff and service were excellent. They were kind, responsive, welcoming, and accommodating! Made for a smooth stay for our family. No microwaves in the room- just in the lobby. Adorable patio to hang out and eat, along with hammocks. Just a short 5 min drive to Marina del rey harbor. They also have cute bikes to rent out. Would stay here again.

This hotel is new, has great swimming pool and rest area. Rooms are large and all amenities are amazing!!

Very nice, modern , chic , clean hotel. Bed was super comfortable and room set up was nice and spacious. Distance to boardwalk was quite a decent walk. That was only downfall .

The staff were so friendly! Although the property’s currently undergoing renovations, they made sure we were as comfortable as possible. Very accommodating and helpful. The location is perfect if you’re staying in the Venice area. We were only there for one night and needed to be by the airport so it was a great place to stay. Would recommend!

Great outdoor area! We played ping pong, enjoyed the outdoor fire place, outdoor pool and hot tub! Nice clean property and spacious rooms.

Great room for value on busy Memorial Day weekend. Super clean, fresh, and comfortable room. The beds are super comfortable and slept GREAT. Customer service was ok, gentlemen at counter were outshined by lady.

Property is nice, some guests spaces are next to hotel room windows so not much privacy and piece there. Everyone that works there is nice and the room was very clean.

Only thing wrong was they didn’t serve breakfast as stated and had to find out when we got there overall it was nice

Everything is very clean. The rooms are huge including the bathroom. My husband has a large walker and no problems putting it in the room.

Enjoyed our experience but not too keen on the curtain gate for our cars and seeing that there’s a lot of run down RVs in surrounding area , left us feeling a little weary w our car and coming in late. I did not especially like guests and workers leaving out the exit to the street right by our hotel door. It just allows someone to enter easily. Thankfully they do have cameras and security so that eased our mind a little. But overall it was great 6 day experience.

this place is so great the local vibe works. all of the staff is amazing. If the location works for you and you want a small hotel with a lot of character then this is the one to book.

The common amenities were all u see construction. The pool was being serviced. There was no breakfast.

So close to Venice beach and great dining options. The beds were comfortable, hot showers, and plenty of towels. The pool area was never busy, although it was very small. There were scooters on the sidewalk to rent and access the beach area easily and in a fun way! My husband and I loved our 4 night stay and would stay again!
