Checking in was easy, the room was clean and smelled of a sanitizing agent which wasn’t very pleasant but we got use to it. Checking out was easy as well. Would stay again if brought back to the area.

A very beautiful hotel: the rooms, the lobby, the bars. All of the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Wonderful location: in the midst of things but quiet. Can’t wait to come back!

This hotel was overpriced - I felt like the room was very dated and old and needs upgrades if they are going to charge the rates that they charge

The hotel charged us $150 more to have our dog. That was not disclosed. And the room rate was supposed to be $109 with my rewards and they charged me $291. The room wasn’t very clean, and there was no breakfast or food available at the hotel. Only a Starbucks that was run by the hotel staff while also covering the front desk. That doesn’t work so well.

If you want to save $500 a night after tax and fees, stay here—it IS-15 mins from the very nice Long Branch beach, but on a weekday when traffic isn’t too bad and parking can be had for free (just two blocks from beach), this place is a great value play. I would not recommend it on the weekend, because it will take forever to get back and forth to the beach and parking is tough, but it’s great for the weekday beach trip and the icing on the hotel cake is they have a very nice, clean and quiet outdoor pool. Right on the beach was $700/nt all in and this is a better room for $160/nt all in.

I loved staying here. It was so quiet and only 10 minutes from the beach. It wasnt packed so we got the pool to ourselves !

We had a great stay . The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable,clean and quiet. Thank you for the very nice stay.
The only complaint was I wish the outdoor pool had been a little cleaner. Just needed skimmed a bit more, other than that great stay. Will definitely be back again. Thanks.

It was quiet and front desk was nice. Dog friendly close to the beach about 15 min away. Rooms were clean and updated. Hallways were slightly darker than usual with poor lighting. Walls were a little thin so you could hear your neighbors sometimes. Overall it was a good price for a summer stay by the beach etc

Hidden Gem! We located this hotel last minute. What a jackpot! The hotel, grounds, rooms were beautiful. The staff was so attentive and friendly. The room was spacious and bed comfortable. The outside area had nice tables to eat outside. The pool was good size and clean. The hotel is located 15 min from long branch beach. And 5 min from every restaurant you can imagine. If u want to pay the $700 a night oceanfront hotels then go ahead but if you do not mind a 15 min ride to the beach this is a perfect place! Def coming back!

No maid service. We were all told it was a ‘policy adopted during Covid’ as if that was a good explanation. Covid crisis was 4 years ago and wouldn’t you’d think they’d clean MORE not less? It was so dark in the hallways and rooms it was creepy. Pool broken all weekend. Crappy bathrooms, not enough towels it was literally just a place to throw your bags but got over $400 a night-it was very disappointing.

This hotel needs an update. Bathrooms are very outdated. Front door is manual (with a handicap button to open it, but it doesn’t work). Not easy to get in the front door. I’ll stay at the DoubleTree next time. It’s nearby, similarly priced, and more comfortable.

This hotel is never clean only the lobby smells like it’s actually cleaned. The rugs in the hallways and in the room look terrible. The loveseat makes you cringe it’s so dirty. My 2nd time staying here and now I remember why this place is booked as a last resort

I found this hotel after being told from another hotel that they didn’t have a room even when I reserved months in advance. I made a reservation at the last minute for this hotel. Short drive from where I was located at the time. Check in and check out was quick and easy. The accepted pets . Location was spot on. close to the beach. Staff was professional and knowledge with answering questions. I will definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel and the staff was wonderful. The first floor smells so good and would like to applaud the staff on that. Is there anyway I can know what air freshener you guys use? I would recommend this hotel to anybody looking for a getaway!

They say you get what you paid for. We didn’t book this place high expectations. We knew that the hotel would be dated . What we didn’t expect was dirty stained linen. It was very disgusting seeing blood stains and hair on our sheets. We didn’t complained because it was very late when we checked it. We will never stay here again.

It was very nice and clean. Good amenities with a Starbucks and snacks, bar and restaurant close by. Super convenient. Just with the Starbucks opened at 6 for us with early lacrosse games! Highly recommend!

This is an older building with a very recent renovation. The rooms and common areas are all in excellent condition. The bathroom fixtures are new. The bath/shower area was older tile but newly grouted. The facility is clean, well-lighted, and has no unpleasant odors. The elevator's interior is older but in excellent condition, and it operates smoothly. Our only complaint is that there was no breakfast on our first morning. "The chef didn't come in today," is what we were told. However, it's Jersey, and you're never far from a great diner breakfast.
