Clean and very friendly service. As soon as I walked in, the smell was like fabric softener. Highly recommend.

We checked in and never stayed the first night.
We were assigned room 212, the entrance door has approximately 8 to 10 kick dents on the lower half of the door. Brought the keys back the next day. The front desk staff was very pleasant at check-in but when we returned the keys the very next day and requested a full refund, we were told they didn't have our information in the computer although they just checked us in the day before. I did call hotels.com on 11/1 and requested a full refund. Haven't heard anything yet from hotels.com.

Property and area are good, the front desk kind but the room… They clean with something that stay sticky and feels awful; and the bed OMG, the mattress was completely broken and noisy, just one side was fair to sleep.

A bargain for that area. Has everything and is close to all the area offers.

The room is not that big, but it is comfortable. It is clean. The surrounding is quiet and safe. Will choice it next time.

Didn’t seem like it was cleaned thoroughly. We saw bugs, holes, and mold in the room. My husband and I were legitimately concerned for bed bugs, and refused to sit on the bed. We checked out 1 hour after checking in.
