Great place for a romance or family stay, very quiet clean great service and the staff were bery friendly and helpfull, the pool looks like is new I'll give it a 5 stars all the way around!!

I didn't like that we didn't have tv services or wifi for over 3 days. Even after notifying Hotel staff, services wasn't restored. After Three days of no service they finally offer a free breakfast voucher. They told others that we didn't receive those services due to reconstruction.

Just arrived at the hotel my deception was evident. They are in the process of remodelation in the Lobby, it was a chaos. Restaurant was adapted in the conference room. Breakfast was horrible, hotel is located at least 1 or 2 hours from San Juan and from best beaches. Had to rent a car. Only exception from bedroom and people, I paid 420 USD for two days expecting a very good staying and was desapointing. At this rate I could had booked a better option in San Juan for half the price.

It’s a great place to stay with ocean view, great pool facility and close to the city center. Downside is under construction on the lobby area, but once it’s done it will look great. It has fair internet service (WiFi) and the pillows has a not great smell. Overall, our stay was good.

Would have had a higher review of it but they did say that it was under renovations at the pool is down I was lucky that I wasn't on the same floor as they were removing the tile in the lobby on the third floor I couldn't even imagine being on that floor but otherwise it's a great location The casino is actually very nice with penny slots and not crowded. Rooms are very clean and comfortable

Did not like that guest parking was mixed with casino parking made is a little difficult to find close parking at night making us have to walk to the other side of the building to enter.

Committed an error in reservation. instead of applying for a july stay, I applied in june by mistake. Offered to change and adjust it for July but neither Expedia nor the hotel agreed to make any changes or adjust my fee. Enjoy your fees, as i’ll never use either of you ever again.

It was a beautiful location and quiet. It was being remodeled so there were areas that were not open like the pool. The rooms were spacious and clean. But the room temperature was kept ridiculously low, making the stay in the room uncomfortable.

The Holiday Inn is a great place to stay. It a lot of fun, comfortable, and very save. Staff and employes are very nice and treat you with decency and respect. I would like thanks the Administration and staff for the work well done. I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know. Thank again and keep up the good work.

Property has areas under construction so the pool was closed. They never came to empty our trash cans and replenish our coffee pods, etc. on our second day. Had to ask at the front desk for housekeeping services
