On Toronto for a multi day wedding. Perfect location to access different venues. Lovely hotel. Nice size room and very clean. Comfy bed. Loved the pillows. Didn't eat at the restaurant due to other engagements. Convenient location for walking.

Beautiful place and location!!! Everyone was so very nice and professional! I was in Toronto for the Taylor Swift concert and was so pleased to see how welcoming the hotel was to all of us Swifties!!! Lots of themed stuff and the friendship bracelet table was the best!

Bed was terribly hard and uncomfortable. Air conditioning unit sounded like a locomotive. Great location just a few minutes from many attractions

The hotel itself is quite nice and centrally located in Toronto. But on the last night of our stay my wife got stuck in the elevator. The emergency call button went unanswered for five minutes. I was out picking up food and went to the desk when I got back. They were unconcerned. Could not tell me how long until a tech got there. And were quite insensitive.

We stayed for only one night due to a hospital visit the following day. The front staff were incredibly helpful and caring. The parking was extremely convenient as was the location of the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable.

Check in was great, but when we got back to the hotel after our concert we realized the duvet was really lumpy and strange and not comfortable at all, so we called down to the front desk kindly asking for another blanket and in direct quotes the receptionist said "duvets are hard to come by here" given this is a hotel it was strange that they are low on duvets. They ended up giving us smelly and even more uncomfortable blankets. Also parking is $45 a night, they don't advertise this. Given how much we paid we would have expected a more comfortable situation.

I drive about 10 hours to get to Toronto and check in around midnight. When arrived at the hotel the lobby door was locked. There is no sign or anything that says the door is lock need to ring the bell. Just figure it out myself. For the amount that I paid to stay at this hotel, I expected a higher floor. Especially since I arrived late would like to get some good sleep. However, I was assigned to the 4th floor, a lower floor. So, I can hear the ambulance pass by or noise from outside... I don't get a very good night's sleep. For that reason, I gave my overall rating 3 stars.

Booked this hotel for a girls trip! The room was spacious for the three of us, and very affordable. The location was convenient, as we were there to attend a concert and in the center of mostly everything!

It was a good clean hotel close to all dining and hangouts like the distillery district and smack in the middle of downtown. For parking you can use public parking garage which is not as expensive as the hotel parking
