Husband and I stayed for a birthday/holiday break. This place was perfect! Perfect location, comforts of home and we really enjoyed ourselves!

Stay was good.. the room was hot I couldn’t get it to cool down…. Not sure what issue was I was sweating at night…also the pool was full of sand

We had a remodeled room by the pool. The balcony door wouldn’t lock the evening we arrived and the door between bedroom and living room had the door lock on the wrong side and wouldn’t close properly or lock. We also had bugs in our room all over the counter. We called the desk and maintenance came to fix the door issues. The next day our room was so hot and at 930 at night the maintenance came back again and and told us the system was frozen and we had to move rooms. No cart or anything. Then on Friday night 11/15 there was a large party that came in and they took up most of the area around us and on other floors. I was told quiet time was around 10ish. They played extremely loud music with so much bass in it that our beds were vibrating and screamed and yelled and drank in the halls and the pool area till 230 in the morning. I called the front desk starting at 10 pm until 130 am and was told they would have security handle it but they never did. I told them I was checking out early and wanted a refund for the night we could not sleep because of the loud party and for the night I was leaving early because I was so unhappy and the front desk manager told me that I was lying about the night before. I told her to check the cameras but she would not. We have stayed here for years but will never go back. I’ve never been treated so poorly. I have recommended this hotel to my friends for years but will never again. Side note: hot tub was also removed. Baffled!

I booked a view to see the ocean. My view was the streets. The tv volume kept going in & out and changes voices. I did inform the lady as I was checking out

This was our first stay at Princess Royale and we said what most say, we'll definitely come back! The room was great, very clean, everything was as it was supposed to be. The indoor balcony overlooking the pool was also really nice to have, especially with it being cold at night during our trip. The pool was awesome.

Excellent newly remodeled condo! Hotel is showing age but we had a great stay

Our stay was great! Hotel room comfortable and clean and a great ocean view. Front desk was great. We had everything we need. FYI - we stayed off season. Late September. Definitely would come back. Also liked the location - on the other side of the boardwalk. Less congested and quiet. But close enough if we wanted to go there.
