We stayed here overnight before a cruise. Location wasn't really within walking distance of much, but they had a shuttle to take us anywhere within 5 miles. That was a welcome treat and saved us on having to Uber. The breakfast at the restaurant was tasty and the coffee was nice and strong. Shuttle ran all morning back and forth to cruise terminal. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Air-conditioning wasnt working first night and i got food poisoning. Ive stayes there a lot and im not happy about this weekend.

It is your opportunities to pick up a negative hotel. For me, this is first time and last time. If you want to get a hotel with air condition, this is not your choice. If you want to get a hotel without fraud, this is not your hotel. Good luck anyone to pick up this hotel!

Horrible staff. Very rude. AC in room wasn’t working. Tried to change rooms and staff was rude and not able to help. Tried to upgrade to a bigger room. Hotel was unable to accommodate. Never staying there again.

There were sirens all night from police going up and down the road. The site itself was well maintained just old.

Got the room for my tenants while their house was being fumigated. After some misunderstanding when they showed up the previous evening, we were able to work things out the next day. Staff was very helpful getting us a room and easing what was a very stressful morning for us. Thank you so much!

During my 5 day stay; I Did not aprecciate that TWICE I had to BEG for clean towels and yet my request was not fullfilled. I was forced to use tshirt to dry up. During check out time; I asked to see a supervisor to express my situation and the front desk clerk said whatever I had to say, I can say it to him; it made no difference if I spoke to him or supervisor!! He seemed not to care a bit as he was speaking to me but never made eye contact!!

This hotel was awesome. The only slight issue we had was that our bathroom sliding door did not close all the way. Not a big problem, but if you want privacy you didn’t have it.

I am requesting a refund this place has bed bugs and my 5 year old was severely bitten.

The vents in the dining area were dirty, looked like Mold. Also tall chairs in dining area were peeling/ripped. Area was too small to accommodate guests. Housekeeping staff did a very good job in my room on a daily basis.

The stay went mostly okay. Our last evening, we all were trying to take a shower to go to dinner, but the shower handle broke off and we had to wait almost an hour to have it fixed, when we were told somebody would be up right away. The wear and tear on the building was evident. I stepped on a carpet tack in the middle of the floor because the carpet was looking worse for wear. On the positive side, by far the best AC I've had in a hotel room. Ice cold on a hot SoCal weekend. These issues may be acceptable in a Best Western, but I had higher expectations of hotel with Hilton in the name. The only thing that screamed Hilton to me, beside the price, was the AC.

Service in the restaurant was horrible. Waiters are rude people. Waited 15 minutes for 2 fried eggs and they couldn't care less Run down hotel

Cookie at check in was nice, but they only gave us 2 and we had 4 people. We went straight to the pool and it was small and jam-packed - no chairs available. Pool towels were small and you need three to dry off per person. I was pleasantly surprised with the Marina view of my room but the windows were dirty inside and out. The floor in the room was dirty because my crawling babies knees and feet were black. The beds were comfy enough and big TV. Room service was unavailable so we went down yo pick it up ourselves from the restaurant. The burger was barely edible so I returned it. My boys said the wings were great though. Breakfast was good but disappointing that again we had four in our reservation and only two tickets were provided. Coffee in room is stale but the machine is nice. Basically pros and cons but not worth the price in my opinion.

The room to noisy from upstairs all night long !!! The king bed is to squeaky and noisy couldn't sleep comfortable. The bathroom sink is clogged . I called the front desk about it? But they told me they will let the manager know and call me back, but they don't . i hope if you can make it up for me some how, i will be happy . thank you in advance .

All the staff are friendly and helpful! The property is next to the marina where you may hava a nice walk. The only restaurant in the hotel doesn't open for lunch from Monday to Thursday, only open from Friday to Sunday. There's a family styled Seafood restaurant nearby with about 20-minute walking distance. Most of the guests in this hotel are going for the cruise trip. There's no other facilities in this hotel at all.

Perfect one night before cruise to avoid departure traffic. Easy to get to, seamless check in. All staff have been wonderful. No complaints.

Nice big room, comfortable bed, pleasant area on the marina. Lots of parking and I felt very safe coming and going late at night during my stay. I regularly stay at the Doubletree when I visit San Pedro and am never disappointed. Highly recommend.

Our adjoining room was occupied with very noisy neighbors. We complained to the front desk 3 times via room phone. Then, my husband had to get dressed and go down to the front desk to complain in person! Finally, a security guard checked on the neighbors at 2:20 a.m. but did not make contact because they "weren't loud enough!" We got NO sleep because the bulk of the noise was coming through the communicating, inside doors, not the 1 3/4" fire door in the hallway! We had an expectation of quiet at that hour of the night, but were kept awake for hours! What a miserable experience! The management should have informed our neighbors that they were receiving complaints and ask them to quiet down and be more respectful of other hotel guests, but that was NOT even attempted! Instead, we were left to suffer!

The staff was very polite, but the quilt was dirty and smelled terrible.

Our room was clean. We only stayed 1 night because my husband and I were getting on a cruise. They offer a shuttle service if you are taking the Royal Caribbean cruise.

It was good for the purpose of our visit where we didn’t spend a lot of time in the hotel. The carpet in the room felt damp as if there had been an earlier water issue and hadn’t tried completely. Other than that the room was comfortable. You can see the property needs some updating.

Bathroom door is a hassle to close, won’t lock. Torn carpet around front door. Cleaning crew was amazing!!!

Asked for a lower level or close to an elevator as I am disabled and was put so far away from an elevator that it was exhausting to get around, the people above me had kids that jumped all day and night even after my numerous calls to the front desk
