Perfect Location for exploring Budapest.

The hotel is in a prime and enviable location on the Danube, directly opposite the Royal Palace, near the Chain Bridge, tram and metro stations and with easy access to all of Budapest's main attractions. My "Premium Room" bedroom was very large and well appointed - its bathroom with excellent shower, was slightly small scale but had everything one would need. The view from the room was spectacular and was in pole position to witness breathtakingly beautiful sunsets.The staff were professional, friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast choices more than plentiful and well presented. My only, somewhat trivial, comments are that the bed pillows are too soft (but if I'd asked, I could probably have had them changed) and on a few occasions (mainly weekend) the dining room at breakfast was hectic. Overall, an hotel I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or to stay in again.

As an American, I would have liked some simple options of food if not in the main restaurant in the cafe. A simple sandwich or burger option. All were Lebanese as far as I could read…or at least an English translation.

Nice hotel, location is great and best is to have a river view. Spa is disappointing for the size of the hotel. If you want to have a better SPA, go to the Corinthia, Rooms are ok, though a bit too classical for us, If you want to have top modern and luxurious rooms, the Parisi Udvar is better. So it is a good compromise between price and location

Beautiful hotel with attention to details, very friendly stuff and a massive breakfast buffet. Even returning after 14 years to this hotel, it doesn‘t get the worn out patina. Ver nice.

After very long flight, suite room wasn’t ready. Regular rooms were being handed out. Falling asleep in lobby. We had to keep regularly checking with counter for an update. You would think they could let US know?
No internet availability. Finally checked in. Thought breakfast was included, it wasn’t.
In room, TV worked intermittently. Staff was apologetic regarding issues, but offered nothing to mitigate them. Next time it will be the Four Seasons up the road.

Beautiful hotel located in the most ideal area for touring the stunning historic town of Budapest. Our room directly faces the river, palace, and the beautiful bridge. The night views are just stunning, walk to the shops and restaurants; breakfast buffet is one of the best that we have ever had; the made to order coffee was just perfect; can’t think of anything that is not up to perfection here. We will definitely come back

Mostly good. Sauna requiring swim suites was strange & not hygienic but not a big deal. What they charge for breakfast is outrageous so better to walk a block to Vörösmarty tér & get much better selection much cheaper.

This is the hotel to stay while visiting Budapest. You can't have a better location and a better view. The hotel is located right on the river and next to Chain Bridge and has a beautiful view of the Royal Castle. You will be in a short walking to many attractions and great restaurants. The breakfast was excellent with many food options. Our favorite were potato pancakes and made to order omelets.
There is a great pool with perfect water temperature.
The outdoor restaurant and a bar have a great view of the river. This hotel has a garage parking and great service.
We would definitely stay here again when visiting Budapest in the future.

Amazing location beside the Duna river on the Pest side. Our river view room on the 9th floor had a breathtaking view to the Buda side, specifically at night when the lights were up! I was born in Budapest ( living 35 years in Canada ) but that was my most exciting staying in my home town.
About the service - one night, around 11:00 pm they’re replaced my flat screen tv to make sure I can watch the Olympic Games late night highlights?! That’s not something?!

3nights but my wife had a heart problem and was in hospital.staff excellent,called ambulance, asked after her every day, extended our stay in the same room. So very helpful and kind the whole time as it was a stressful situation. Our plans were in disarray but the hotel was amazing, nothing was too much trouble. My wife stayed in hospital 5 days and only got to enjoy the hotel for 1 night till we flew onwards.

We booked a suit for 2 adults and 2 kids and we only had a king bed and a SOFA not a SOFA BED!!!!!! when I called the house keeping I was told my children can sleep on the sofa!!!! I paid $550 for a night not to sleep on a sofa!!!! They ended up bringing us 2 roll beds!!!!! Be mindful of you book a suit room!
The breakfast buffet was amazing. The location is really good.
