Toilet did not work well in our room.

Clean god hotel. It's old but i liked it and the service and facilities. Pool inside, gym, restaurant and WiFi working true.

Room was very outdated and looked NOTHING like the pictures. Carpet was old and stained everywhere. Walls had paint peeling and water stains. Parking is very far away from building. Store was not stocked. The only thing good about the stay was the staff. They were incredible!

Our family member had a wedding here. We had An amazing stay, wish the balcony patio door wasnt glued shut. But other than that , a great stay, heated pool was nice as well.

It is a tired hotel. But being clean would have helped. Hair in the bathroom. Paint patches on wall. Beds are cheap. Shuttle was on time. Elevator was broken (one).

Pretty clean, hair dryer didn’t work. A little loud since there was a wedding that weekend.

Overall it was fine. The room was dusty around the walls and floor. The outless was falling out of the wall. The toilet wouldnt quit running. The toilet lid didnt fit the toilet. Insode the back of the toilet was black mold. Housekeeping didnt come replace the towels (we stayed 2 nights), i had to call & request. Bed was fine and overall room was fine. Was fine for an over night stay. Noise is not an issue, you can barely hear the planes.

This place was good and close to the airport. The staff was friendly. The restaurants was so busy and not enough staff so we waited a long time. The food was good and staff very kind. The pool was enough for our kids to enjoy. The facilities are well used. The airport shuttle was convenient and the driver was great!

We stayed here three times on our trip because of its proximity to O'Hare. The shuttle ran on time, but timing is essential for the pickup times at the airport. We missed it one time and had to wait almost 30 minutes for the next one. In one of the rooms, the desk lamp was missing a switch and couldn't be turned on. I tried to call the front desk, but the phone didn't work. The maintenance person came quickly after I went down to the front desk. He brought us another lamp. He tried to fix the phone, but it seemed to be a jack problem so that he couldn't repair it then. The website says there is luggage storage, but it is only for a few hours. They won't accept bags for overnight storage. This caused problems because we wanted to leave two large suitcases for two nights. We planned to catch a flight with carry-on bags and return one more night before flying home. We had to call a nearby friend to pick up our bags and bring them back two days later.

Front desk and housekeeping were very polite. The hotel was very dingy once you got through the lobby. Brown painted doors, brown carpet, the tan walls and yellow lighting made it feel dingy, dirty and very outdated. There was a sliding glass door, but it was screwed shut. The bed was comfortable, pillows lumpy though. AC worked well. Airport shuttle service was prompt, helpful and friendly. Overall okay, but the dingy feeling overall won’t have us returning.

The rooms were not clean, i found old blood stain on my sheet which the staff promptly changed.The staff were very helpful and doing their beat. Th8s hotels nneds to change the carpet

Very near to the airport and has a shuttle bus. Hours drive to Downtown where most things to do are based

The rooms were clean, but doesn’t provide what hotels have now like a hair dryer, fridge but that wasn’t much of an issue to me. Checking in was confusing because you had to buy a parking pass for an additional $17 each night and they didn’t tell us that in the beginning. The staff was very friendly though.

Had to ask three times for a cot. Shuttle services was 15 minutes late to start the day.

I enjoyed my stay

Too old and stinky everywhere. Stinky and dirty carpet especially the entrance of the restaurant. Air conditioner in the room makes you feel like there is a train right next to you. Good luck if you can fall asleep. Not recommend!! Oops, my wife just told me she found a hair on the towel.

We rent two rooms and online it said that it have a couch with bed in it and wen we got there they said that they don’t know why it said that online so we have to wait for some extra bed

We had a great few days in Chicago and this hotel was a perfect spot.

I Left my room to be cleaned only to come back still My room was kept uncleaned. No change of new towels and I had to use same towels next day. If anything customers should be notified atk the time of checking if they want their rooms to be cleaned or not. Every hotels I have stayed clean up your room for as long as the period you are staying at the hotel except this hotel. Absolutely poor service

Friendly and helpful staff. They need to be better about the cleanliness because we found hair and a lot of dust in our room. A fair option close to O’Hare

Fruit flies everywhere, smelled of marijuana, loud construction after 9pm, vending machine broken

dirty even when asked to clean the room is old and gross! when we needed towels they said they didnt have any or they were too busy to give us any. For a Marriot this is horrible! I wish I could get my money back!

The carpet in the hallway is smells like there was a urine spill. The room was given to us with water stuck in the tub, lots of dust in the room. Pancake was sour but was replaced. Poor lady working at the restaurant to serve the customers alone.

The hotel was fine but I wanted to stay at a hotel with a restaurant, and while it does have one, but it is not very good and it's expensive.
