The overnight stay was business related, with a touch of fun added in. Every staff member encountered was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. Would definitely use this facility again.

They gouge you for every penny out of your pocket. They charged the $40 resort fee which I was aware of and then they’re charging $38 for parking. we were then double charged for parking because we stayed past our 12 o’clock checkout time at the pool (till 2:00). Still trying to fight to get our money back from that. Then come to find out we have to physically check out at the front desk, I’ve never had to do that in over 30 hotels. Everything is super expensive.

The food here was amazing. Had dinner and lunch in the restaurants which was very good. However, the service was not good. My room wasn’t cleaned and new towels weren’t given despite asking multiple times; the garage entrance wasn’t working which led to long wait times; and reception never picked up the phone.

I stayed here for a conference and to go to SeaWorld. I thought that the hotel was very nice overall. The bathroom and rooms were very clean. The hotel conference rooms were nice. While we were there, we were served a continental breakfast and a buffet lunch with chicken, short ribs, gnocchi, salad, etc. The food was very good actually. The bars and outside the room areas were also nice. My only criticisms are the bed was not the most comfortable, and there's nothing really to do onsite. Unless you are travelling with a bunch of friends, the bars are pretty empty. I did not have time to check out the pool on this trip. Proximity to Seaworld and IDrive locations was great.

The bathtub was stained, the bathroom sink was clogged, bath towels very warn with frayed edges, no ice in the ice machines.
Explained all of this upon check out and the front desk employee was not very concerned about any of my complaints.
They also gave us coupons for a free cocktail in the bar. The waiter was very slow and not friendly.

Happy to come back the next time we go to Seaworld !! Took 6 minutes to walk from door to entrance off the park !!

This property is amazing especially if you are going to Seaworld. Great restaurants on site! Amazing pool and activities. Shuttle service available. Staff was friendly and helpful. Make sure you sign up to be a member for free so you don't get charge for wifi. Has a daily resort fee.

Room was huge and beds were super comfortable. Pillows were horrible but they're normal hotel pillows. Our tub drain was broken and the tub didn't drain well, but water pressure was fantastic. The pool was nice but I'm 5'1 and couldn't enjoy the area of the pool where I could touch because it was filled with kids jumping off the sides. Ended up just hanging onto the wall in the deep end. Food at the pool was great. Food at the restaurant was great. Overall great stay.

Out of 3 days, we only received housekeeping once, not sure why it wasn't serviced the other days, but we ran out of essentials. The hot tubs need a good cleaning.

Nice! Elegant! Just perfect! Breakfast was expensive but it was so good!!!!!!! I wish I had included breakfast, resort fee and parking fee because it made the trip really expensive but other than that I was amazing!

The hotel room was very outdated, and had a slight smell, the shower was very stained. Beds were uncomfortable. The lobby and coffee shop were nice. The pool areas were just ok, not great enough for the daily resort fee charged, would not stay here again. The staff was friendly

The staff was amazing. Pool was very cloudy upon or stay. Mini fridge was frozen over and the fact that there wasn’t a kitchen area/ microwave in a basic room was disappointing. The food spots inside the hotel was the best part.

This is my third time at this Resort. It has always been a great experience. Love the location, restaurant, and staff.
The rooms are spacious. Pool area is well kept and offer entertainment Will recommend to anyone especially if visiting Seaworld. You can just cross over and walk to the park.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Service was great. All areas around property were very clean. Only down side was the property condition as there was water licking from the roof and the rooms were a bit outdated.

Beautiful hotel with plenty of amenities and places to eat. The pool(s) is the shining star of the hotel! Rooms were clean and spacious. Great location right across Seaworld, close to Universal and Convention Center, and about 20 mins to the Disney resorts. They offer a shuttle although it doesn't run often. The atrium is open-spaced in the center of the hotel and could get noisy in the evenings. Towels were rough and some were even ripped. Overall, great stay for families.

This is a great hotel with many amenities as well as conference centers. The rooms are slightly dated but overall its a nice, clean fun place to be. The food is amazing, very pricey but well done. There are many great more affordable restaurants within a 5 minute drive also. We walked to Seaworld entrance in 7 minutes.

Check in process was very easy. The process to park was really strange. You had to leave the property and drive around several roads only to come back into the hotel and turn to park.
