Close to the main strip of waikiki. The place was awesome and the staff were equally as awesome. We had a beautiful view and all day sun. The beach was a5 minute walk and there were convenience stores on the doorstep for all the small things

The patrons were very polite and professional. They did everything to make us comfortable during our stay.

We really liked the private feel. It was like having our own private apartment less than a block from the beach and walking distance to so many shopping and food options. Five stars!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jacques was amazing and so helpful!! Everyone who worked there was so friendly and helpful!! The outside of the hotel wasn’t impressive, but the room was really nice and updated. The full kitchen was awesome with so many appliances with the rice cooker and the blender. It was very comfortable and functional. Worked perfectly for me and my kids.

Was a decent place to stay close to downtown. Parking quite limited/tight spaces and an extra fee on top of stay :(. Also no swimming pool or hot tub on-site, though they did offer to let you use the other outrigger’s pool. Staff friendly and helpful in helping orient you, provide directions etc. kitchen was equipped to do meals vs. eating out.

Rooms were nice and roomy for our large group. Sofa bed, is well , a sofa bed, fine for smaller guests. Kitchen didn't have measuring spoons or cups. Knifes were dull. Lobby and hallways are kept clean. Rooms where very clean upon arrival. Close walk to beach, parks, restaurants, shopping. Rooms we booked had 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. We would always check before showering if anyone else needed the bathroom first.

The staff was extremely friendly and amenable to our request for any help. We got a two bedroom suite, but it only had one bathroom (I didn’t pay close enough attention); but it all worked out for our party.

Close to everything, downtown and the beach. Friendly staff, large 2 bedroom condo, ac, large kitchen and outdoor areas. Access to towels and chairs for the beach. Use of sister hotels pool was great. No housekeeping but anything we needed like extra towels were easy to get.

Great place for big groups, but no pool in the property and tiny lobby. Otherwise, it was nice and easy.

Great hotel for a larger family! Very inexpensive and near everything. Accessing the hotel was easy and front desk very friendly.

The room was perfect for our stay with a full kitchen (except oven). Walk to the beach shopping and restaurants. The site says there is no elevator but there is.

We would definitely stay at this place again!!! Great for families! You can use the pool at outrigger reef as an amenity.

The staff was super nice they provided all the thing we needed on the spot. They are really helpful and they were always with a smile on their face when they greeted you.

Very convenient. Only issue is noise during bight with trucks around Waikiki during the early hours in the morning.

Nice and clean hotel. Expected to get more of an ocean view after paying extra for it though. Nice, pleasant employees, very polite and welcoming.

I really liked this place more than I thought I would. The property is nearby shopping and restaurant area. There’s an ABC store at the bottom of the hotel, Japanese restaurant and few steps from Lahaina, best shaved ice. You can walk to high end stores within minutes (LV, Hermès’, Gucci, etc) and other known restaurants like Tommy Bahama, Ruth’s Cris, Yard House, Maui Brewing. NO freaking resort fee!! No daily cleaning either which I’m fine with since I don’t need that. They’ll provide extra towels, toiletries, trash…as requested. There’s also a laundry place within the building. You have to reserve your parking ahead because it’s very limited. Don’t get a big car if you don’t need to as parking is tight. Our room 94 was fully equipped with full size fridge, microwave, stove, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, etc but I don’t recommend this for 4 ppl as the pull out sofa bed is AWFUL and the bedroom bed is not that great either. It’s okay, not great. There’s no fan or AC inside the bedroom so it gets pretty warm. That’s why it’s 4 stars, because of the beds. All in all, this unit is seriously due for an upgrade. The staff at this place are so nice and friendly! Zach at the front desk was so helpful, nice and knowledgeable of the area. Rebecca, the manager was understandable and nice. The cleaning staff, Marie and Eva and Eloy were so nice and accommodating! All in all, I highly recommend this place but manage your expectations.

The location is very convenient. The living room furniture was not very spacious, nor comfortable. The view of the Friday night fireworks was an added bonus.

Property was clean and located in the perfect location assessable to everything. Staff was pleasant and courteous. Will definitely stay there again

Nice place to stay

It’s small nice appartment close to the beach and have access to swimming pool to the outrigger resort I had a good stay with my little family the kitchen was perfect I saved money there as u know Hawaii is expensive . My routine was everyday going to a new place or beach back around 3 pm eat have a nap then kids wants to go to swimming pool after that walk just behind hotel a really nice street for ice cream .:) I will go back there sure

Even though there is no pool onsite, we got to use the pool at the Outrigger Reef Waikiki just about 1/2 block away. Also the Italian restaurant was closed the whole time we were there.

Nice place to stay. Close to everything beautiful city views. Friday night fireworks from our lani. The only negative to me would be housekeeping. It would be nice to have house keeping daily. When I'm on vacation and paying good money to stay at a nice place... i woyld like to come back to a clean room.
